Will anybody here be willing to trade several stefan compatible magazines with standard magazines (and a couple bucks)? I'll also have some miscelaneous junk for sale probably (shells, pistol springs, screws, etc.) and some beat up mavericks. What time does this start? I'll be there around 9:00 AM your time.

How many pistol rounds are there going to be? They are one of my favorite types, because my best weapon combo is dual nitefinders. I also want to bring a mostly stock recon for shits and giggles; I'm only bringing about three clips worth of darts for it. I just want to see how well I am with it, or how much I make a fool out of myself with it.

My guess would be to follow the exit ramp to the park until you get to the fieldhouse there and see if you can find something. Otherwise, are those twisting side streets fair game, Ice9?

In the first post, the streets labelled "S S Shore Drive" all have numerous parking spaces available. The meeting place will be around the point labelled A so the closer the better, but there will undoubtedly be parking for all who come by car.

UPDATE:

I just got back from jumping on a full-size trampoline in a living room for 4 hours straight, and I'm completely exhausted. Guess what just arrive? PETG BABY! It's exactly 8:21 PM and that leaves 14 hours 18 minutes 34 seconds untill GO TIME! I'm going to spend the next 5 hours modding my SM1500. So what are you guys doing to get ready for the war?

Bought barricade tape for flagging teams and stuff. We're going to have Team Caution and Team Danger.

Finished the Longshot, finished two Magstrikes, finished two other things not needing explanation. All that's left is for me to do is finish a Big Blast and make a few more darts.

I'm ready. I finished my longshot (although no pump action, sadly) and my two nitefinders. I'm bringing an almost stock recon, a completely stock maverick, and a toy light saber for shits and giggles. I have approximately 201 hot-glue tipped streamline darts, and about 90 stock micros.

Also, I'm bringing goodies to trade. Most of it is just spare parts, but I also have a Just Toys Crossbow. The crossbow's string snapped, but rubber bands fix it easily.

God I'm fucking excited. This is my first big war, so I'm really pumped.

Well, I just finished making 118 stefans to go along with 68 CDDTs. I also bought and modded a new longshot, packed most of my stuff, bought some gatorade, etc.. Is anyone interested in: an AT3K shell painted black, a recon shell, misc. pistol springs, misc. O-rings, a chopped up/ARs removed LSFG, Stock yellow LSFG, maverick?

Holy fuck. Those were good times.

I'm sad my Longshot and all assorted attachments broke during the first round due to my stupidity. I'm also sad that I gashed my hand open with said Longshot. There was little else to be sad about, however.

So fun. I'm glad a lot of people borrowed my guns; it's nice to see them getting used. The washer stefans Zorn and I made were ideal. Fuck, I'm tired. Here are the pictures from that game of capture the flag that Zorn took. I'm extraordinarily terrible at remembering names, so feel free to identify yourselves in any of the following.

Oh fuck! I need to qualify a statement that will be made later today. LiterSize did INDEED deflect a monstrous PAS shot from about thirty feet away with a mother fucking Crossfire shield. It was awesome.

Holy crap! That was AWESOME. Best 1st war, EVER.


Lemme just say some good things about this beastly production (Thanks Ice9 and Zorn for putting this together, it was a blast!)


Pros-

• Nothing breaking ('cept Splithorn/SplitTech, but that was already known)
• Badwrench giving me a few tips shooting, really have to work on that >.<
• Selling some darts- Thanks guys!
• Getting my SM3K- Man Ice9, this thing was AWESOME
• My PAS being surprisingly good-Aim, power and reload time was all considerably good
• Getting some brass and 100ft of foam- Very convenient

• Salindin_Naz not coming
• Not getting many kills, I guess it was expected though

Guys, this was awesome. I really wish I got to meet everyone better though, it'd nice to know the names of who I was talking too ^^

My mind is just completely fucked. That was fucking awesome. I had a fucking blast. This was my first war, and I couldn't be happier. Some things to reflect on:

- Getting a head shot while kneeling at the ass-end of CTF
- Almost killing myself after jumping off the end of the sand pit (my ankle still fucking hurts)
- Firing off 10 million darts and having most of them hit the target (for once)
- Charging Zorn and some other people yelling "PORK CHOP SANDWICHES!!!" and getting owned
- Trying to use dual mavericks for the first time
- Using a stock recon and getting owned
- Buying my second maverick , reflex pistol, some stefans, and extra parts
- Having nothing break

For all of those who ever said the longshot sucks as a primary..YOU FAIL

Can't wait until next time!

Well, that was fun. I hope we have another one. Some cool stuff happened.

Pros
-Getting to use the FrankenFinder.
-Buying some very nice darts from Merzlin.
-Getting alot of kills with my LnL.
-Getting multiple point blank kills on Zorn, the kid with purple hockey armor, and the kid that wishes he was Rambo.
-Selling a maverick and an LS.
-Using my new "Chain gun".
-Seeing MR. BadWrench's tank.
-Bringing darts that would shoot straight through the wind (most of the time).
-Meeting new people from the NIC.
-Seeing some new guns.
-Getting a butt load of kills in total.
-Having people comment on my guns (especially my K9 special, LnL, and my LS).
-Fighting along side some cool people like Ice Nine, Merzlin, etc.

Cons
-Not knowing most people's names.
-Not being able to buy brass or that glittering, new, red BBB.
-Having my gun jam on almost every round (had to use my LnL and I9's FrankenFinder).
-Having 1 round every 1/2 hour because of the red team.
-Not bringing a camera.

It was a great war and there should eventually (SOON!) be another one.

[Zorns Lemma]

Cons
1 -Getting insulted by Zorn ( ).
2 -Having 1 round every 1/2 hour because of the red team.

2: I blame Demon Lord

Pros:
- Seeing BadWrench's RC tank-truck first hand
- Being able to match faces to names
- Having my 3B fire on par with the plethora of PAS's (granted, wind gave a 40' range ceiling), despite having it being constructed 20 mins before the war started
- Watching mindlord pull off some insane rushes
- Rocking dual mavs during pistols
- $5 BBB (no springs, but I use industrial springs anyways)

Cons:
- Jumping sideways to shoot Ice9 with dual mavericks in an attempt to dodge him; I hit him, but got hit anyways, and then hit the ground. Hard.
- Cutting my fingers/hands on brass
- Nitemav failing miserably due to the cold
- Not paying attention while reloading and having br1fm ninja me from behind
