Wow…it’s been a while. I’m sure a lot of you still remember me. I'm going to make this post as concise as I can.

I went through a lot of personal issues over the last half of 2008. I rather not go into details about my disappearance.

Anyway, this message does have a point. I knew I left these boards pretty abruptly and I do recall that I owe a couple people +bows. Please let me know who you are. I am truly sorry about not getting to you guys sooner. The only problem is, I don’t remember who I still owe things to, or if I owe anything else to any other board member here.

Holy Shit! It's McNumbers! I was worried that you were done with nerf forever or for a very long time. Those are probably the most legit reasons to be uninvolved with nerf I've ever heard. I thought it was just the pregnancy thing, but the coma and the car crash are way worse. Good to hear you’re still alive, I hope you can come up to another war soon. I'm hosting MNSBW sometime in March if you’re interested.

To get the record straight, I wasn't in the car crash, my girlfriend was. I went into a coma for a different reason. It's a bit of a taboo subject here on the boards, but if you want to talk about it privately, I would be happy to tell you what happened. I'm not ashamed in what happened. I think everyone here could learn a lesson from me anyway.

I'm not even sure if you remember me, but I think you missed the release of the Vulcan, the "Nstriking" of a bunch of blasters, a few other releases. A bunch of new mods, and like Nat said, the new +bow, and subsequent L+L. A bunch more comes to mind.

And for everyone else, I recomend that you I guess just try weed once and then never do it again. I really messes up your lives. My best buddy smoked all summer and he still is, he was an A and B student and he just dropped out of school this week.

Telling everyone to try weed once is dumb. Very dumb. I think everyone can decide for themselves. He also asked that you pm him if you want to know what happened, so there couldn't be any worse speculation than what you pulled.

Now that I got that out, it's good to see you back here. I wondered what was happening to some of the member that were pretty active and then disappeared. I am pretty sure it was you that made a modular 2K for the +bow, so my topic about my custom AT10K might interest you. Dizzyduck and Salindin_naz are some pretty good new painters also. I don't want to just plug my own stuff, but I don't know if you saw my version of the Lancer. Well, that's some stuff you missed, and I hope life clears up a bit for you.

You probably don't remember me because I wasn't to prominent on these boards before you left, but I remember you, and you along with some others motivated me to build my best homemade.

But the most important thing is....what did I miss while I was gone? Anything exciting happen?

Well, I believe the most prominent event was "the homemade renaissance"
A lot of new homemades were built with an influx of new ideas and designs.
The big ones were...

1. The +bow Rev 2- Slug's revisions to his original design
2. My L+L- homemade replica of the LnL
3. The Snap-bow- Improvements on the original SNAP design with +bow ranges!
4. CrossSnap- A snap with an eerie resemblance to the Xbow.
