Anyway... yeah... that's really not the big update, the big updates are:

1 we're Confirming Summer 2009 as the Travel year for Filming Season of Foam, so that's right guys... get your schedules ready... The SOF-T 5 are coming to town!

2 There's an email account for you to send us location suggestions for our 2 1/2 week journey through the continental US and Canada, It's Tripmap@seasonoffoam.com ... Please Send any suggestions about location to THAT email, Not in this thread, or Mine and Falcon's PM box.... ... Just send them to the Email Account.

Also there's this, For now Seasonoffoam.com is essentially down... If you go there all you'll see is an embedded version of the trailer and links to our Zazzle Store and the key email addresses.

While I finish re-building the website, Falcon is going to be in Charge of managing the Trip map and I'm sure he's going to elaborate on it further Shortly.

Great job, I agree with jwasko. I linked the video to a friend that didn't understand nerfing at all and after he watched it he's like... OHHHH. I'm gonna need to get me a gun!

Amazing. You did a great job on this video and making the season of foam in the first place. Please stop by PA to have an amazing time of Nerfing with all East Coasters out here. The video is just......so.......detailed......and.......very descriptive of the whole thing like....it's impossible to explain in any way better than that. That would have to be the best narration of anything I have heard from just ones own creative mind. Just.....Wow. If anyone was to show this to someone who doesn't know what this is, or doesn't like nerf, this would probably be THE ONLY way to explain to them. Wow! REALLY nice job on the video!

Like the X-bow, and the +bow, or other guns thats are a little more "special"

Great video guys. I'm glad to see the Season of Foam starting to get in full swing! That video is a great recruiting method because It isn't in any way nerdy and...it's freaking awesome!

ITS FINALLY UP! I remember when you said this was gonna go up after Fall Geddon/LANO. Either way, its pretty sweet without the Endless Summer soundtrack. I cant wait until this whole thing kicks off, its gonna be freaking awesome!

I second that notion, that'd be a nifty little tool to follow your trek across North America. Also, very nice video. That's probably the most friendly and non-threatening introduction into the world of hunting teenagers Nerf that I've seen to date.

Thanks dude, I wanted the "main" trailer to be a really solid introduction to what we're doing and what it's about, since it is doubling as our pitch reel for sponsors as well.

About the tracking our trip thing... Langley and I have already discussed the idea and There's a good chance that Project Nerf will be mapping our progress.

The voice clips were originally for a trailer similar to this, but then the overall direction the film was going changed, so they're now being used for a mixing project I'm working on that's also Season of Foam related (and is basically done) but will be released in a month or so, so we can spread our material out. Don't worry, it's being used (and the current use is cooler than the original intent.)

As for the "Where in the USA are the SOFT-5?" dealy, we've got plans for something along those lines in the works. Details at eleven.

I'm really sorry, but I stopped watching after actual nerfing appeared on the screen and I realized that the elevator music was not going to stop. I guess if you're not remotely interested in making the video exciting, then it looks pretty good, but.........It just reminds me of all of the video assembly instructions I've watched.

Edit: The editing and voice-over was pretty well put together, once I got past the music. I didn't mean to shit on your compositional skills, but the music really does sound like something you might hear during on the menu screen of a Nintendo Wii game. As soon as some actual nerfing appears in the video, there should have been some sort of rock. At the very least, I demand a guitar solo whenever ProjectNerf is displayed.

You guys HAVE to stop up north, I would enjoy it, to be able to nerf with you guys. I can give you guys a place to sleep too, if you need it (foldable camper-trailer, room for 5 people comfortably.)
