But more worrisome is the extremely high sugar content of the food they serve. And it's all synthetic high fructose corn syrup sugar. Which is harder for your body to digest than cane sugar so most of the excess of it ends up getting converted into fat.
Because of their extremely high calorie count, eating any of their menu items for one meal a day might be passable if the other two meals you eat that day are of low calorie values and have the dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals the McDonald's food is lacking in.
It really doesn't matter what you eat, so long as it's NOT THE ONLY THING you eat and it is free of parasites and toxins. Eat a balanced diet of a daily calorie count that matches your activity level.
