Anyone know if Mass Effect is any good? One of my friends (very rich, so he owns a frack ton of games) let me borrow it in order to test if it's fun or not, because he is grounded from video games for the next 9 1/2 weeks due to crappy grades.

Mass Effect is one of the sickest games out for the xbox.
I've pre-ordered mass effect 2, I can't fucking wait for this to come out.

No more Borderlands, though in 3 days straight of playing I didn't beat it, which means Effeminate! in my opinion. And anyone got some info on the Reach Beta yet, besides the Game Informer stuff?

Seriously, most people here play COD, nothing else. COD is just another war series. And I would set some nights up for halo, but I don't know for how much longer I am grounded from my 360. When i am not there will be a halo 3 (or ODST) and maybe a L4D2 night.

You don't get what I'm saying. That's probably my fault for choosing the wrong quote... Anyways, my point is is that you post a LOT in this thread about stuff nobody cares about, eg it doesn't really matter to us if you're grounded or your xbox is broken or you have to go to church. The majority of the posts in this thread are you saying things like that. Now I'm not out to be a douche or to make you feel bad or anything. I'm just kindly asking you to tone it down a notch and try to stay more on topic. Try to post more of the community game nights and less of the status updates.

Halo 3: could be better, 9/10
Left 4 Dead 2: 8/10, much better than the original, yet nearly impossible to beat on expert.
Borderlands: 10/10, kicks ass, I couldn't beat it in 3 days straight of playing it. That's not very normal for the games I play.
Halo 3 ODST:6/10, it was a but rushed IMO, and needed a better campaign. Flashbacks just don't cut it.

Any of you guys play L4D? I have both L4D and L4D2, but I don't enjoy the sequel nearly as much, so I'm probably going to trade it in sometime in the next month. If anyone is interested in playing, Thollos is my gamertag.

I don't even own MW2, and that much is a given. Inifinity Ward loves expanding their games. THough they did do one economical thing, and that's WaW's Map Bundle, which has all 3 map packs for 2000 microsoft points.

But anyone heard of any new games besides Dark Void and Bayonetta? Those 2 look horrible.
