Hey guys if you Pre-order Assassin's Creed II you get a special area of the game called Pallazo Medici, which is a palace in Florence, Italy. I was hoping it would be like the assassin guy's gear or something. Bummer.

I know just about nobody knows me, this being one of my first couple of posts, but if I don't do this now, chances are I'll never get back around to it. My gamertag: Thollos.
I usually play the following:
Left 4 Dead
Call of Duty 4
The Orange Box
Splosion Man
Halo 3 ODST, as soon as it comes out
I play Halo 3, and I have all the DLC maps, but unfortunately my disc is scratched up so it will not load any campaign maps and won't load a good half of the original maps, including Valhalla and Last Resort. So that sucks.

Yah I noticed that too. Its probably some rich douchebag trying to get richer by cutting costs. That means cutting quality. Anyway onto the main reason I posted. On the main menu of my 360 instead of saying "Play Halo 3" it says "Insert Disc" but when I hit A to select it still plays Halo 3. I should be hooked up to play some firefight later tonight. I got the game at midnight and I've played through about 4-5 hours of the single player and it has far exceeded my expectations. The daytime battles feel exactly like playing that gameplay footage trailer for Halo 2 that everybody thought was so much cooler then the actual game. The nighttime exploring is just as fun to me, it's got some great music and visuals, and even some pretty hectic ambushes.
I would advise anybody who is on the fence about this game to at least rent it, I feel like a lot of reviews out there are just bashing it because it's Halo.
