I can't beleive so many people are complainning what they got. I got a pair of jeans with an ON SALE sticker, and a 14.99 price tag. Yesterday I got $100 from my granparents and other extended family.

Dude, how is the Black and Decker? I was looking for a replacement for my Dremel. As much as I like it, I tore the rotation thing, so it spins, but it lost all its torque.

A replacement flex coupling can be obtained for a few bucks for most newer models, and replacing one is less work than removing the restrictor from a NF. Tear it down and see. If you have the original manual, there's probably a part number for it - you can directly google the number itself. I put one back together with an inch of automotive vacuum hose (fiber reinforced) and it kept working for a couple of years that way.


I like the Black & Decker so far, but I've only used it a few times, so I can't even guess about reliability yet.


Edit: oh, yeah - gifts! I got homemade anise cookies from my Mom. That was everything I asked for, actually. And then I even got leftover ham, too, for sandwiches. My family isn't about the gifts, or in any way religious, but we gathered to celebrate a very nice day together on Monday.

...Then I stopped at BassProShops on the way home and bought a little something for myself.

Thats assuming I have any of that. My dremel is probably 6 to 8 years old. Its literally the original "Dremel: Multi purpose tool" and this thing runs like a beast. At the lowest setting I can easily cut plastic.

I will check through, but as of now, I might just look into a replacement.

One thing I got was an electric razor. I'm returning it for a longshot and a couple of 2ks. I will be doing a major overhaul to the longshot, and an overhaul to the doubleshot, which I will be paying for separately. Both will be good contributions, and probably will be more recognized than my "You Shot Me All Night Long".

Let's get one thing straight, I needed that electric razor. I really cannot live without one. I'm cutting myself more than a "Good Charlotte" fan. My jugulars have sideburns because I'm afraid to shave them. I guess I will just have to name them and learn to love them... maybe "itchy" and "rashy" or "ugly" and "unsightly" or "foodcatcher" and "flytrap". Most likely I'll name em' toejam and earl, but if you have a better name, PM me.

Yes, indeed. COOL is entirely distinct from practical and effective. That's why I still have four. In most any war, armed with only a Vulcan, you are going to lose. But it can be glorious, way cool, and most importantly - fun.

I have concluded that the Vulcans only practical use at a war is picking it up in a futile attempt at surviving against hordes of zombies in HvZ. Me, being the second to last alive during HvZ at SENO, tried duel-wielding a Vulcan along with my Doomsayer...I'd stick with the Doomsayer.

Tip:
To those attempting to brave malls for after-Christmas sales. Don't, I went to a Toy's R us to try and score a At3k twin-pack. Not only was it not on sale, but I found one, went to the check-out line, looked at the line, and put the twin-pack back.

My sister got me the diskshot challenge. I've been wanting that for a long time, but I could never get it myself. Kinda loud though

But yeah, all I know is that the newer Dremels I have used are just weird. Like, they all rely on speed, which is better, but I miss the flying Dremel bits when I turned it to a little over 2. All I know is I got mine sometime in the 90s when my dad had to cut a lock. Definitely not original (thanks for pointing that out. I feel dumb now) but certainly more reliable then most Dremels being released now a days.
