Well, I was one day digging around my house mainly because i had to clean... so here i am, cleaning out this desk, when I found all these little tubes (kinda like a test tube but with a screw on lid) and i was wondering...
HEY I CAN MAKE A PUMP OUTTA THIS! but sadly... idk how... i have a bunch of these tubes.. and an empty pen tube..
has anyone made a writeup of a homemade pump? if so please post
thanks in advance... HAPPY HOLIDAYS

The problem with homemade pumps is that by the time you build the plunger properly and add a check valve, you haven't saved any money; you can get basic ball pumps for $5.

I've made homemade pumps before in water guns and some people here have linked to my guides before. I don't recommend applying the same techniques here. There's no reason to build a homemade pump in Nerf because existing ball pumps are great as is. You won't save money and you won't get a better quality product. You'll only waste money and have a hard time finding appropriate seals.
