I purchased a PAS several days ago, and after my mods were done to it, I found that it was more difficult to close. I proceeded anyway. It all worked out until I saw a gap in the shell that needed to be tightened. I believe I screwed It too much, and therefore, I heard a "snap", and It could not even screw anymore. As a temporary solution, I plumbers-gooped it, closing the shell.
My question(s) is/are:
-What would be the est way to go about opening up the PAS again?
-What (if any) would be a possible solution to being able to tighten it again??
Pre-Thankage for any help Given!
A Quick Question

Re-tightening it?: Larger screw
Opening it?: Firecracker (hacksaw will work fine, possibly dremel, but neither are nearly as cool.)

Thank You for your suggestions...
Do you have any Ideas for what screw would work best for your suggestion?

I recommend that you get a long, thin screw that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the old hole. Just go to your local hardware store with the measurements in hand or even with the gun itself and get a few screws that you think would work.

I think you mean slightly larger. I'd recommend a "wood screw". If the post actually broke off though, there's always the section on replacing them in my Crossbow guide.
Teehee.
