All around... awesome war.

Pros:
Getting a Rev 2 Plusbow.
Nerfing in a really cool spot.
Selling my AT2K for 17 dollars to ice.
Ice running around will a XXL Bazooka I think and shooting people yelling, "ROCKET PWNED!"
Being really warm because of wearing like5 layers of clothes.
Getting to see zach attack's little brother do pretty well for being up against people a lot older than him and more experienced too.
Cons:
SOMEONE STOLE MY GOD DAMN GUSHERS!

Dude, you only live like a few miles away from the war! It's really not that difficult when you're within walking distance - you can cover up to 6 miles in 1:30. Meanwhile, I'm 180 miles out trying to think of various creative ways to attend without spending more than $200. At this point, I'm most likely out.

I don't understand how one could spend $200 or more on only 180 miles.

$20 for gas
$20 for food
and even if you stayed the night somewhere wouldn't be more than $100.

Maybe I'm just a psycho, but last summer I left my apartment at 10:30 PM, drove 400 miles to VA beach, spent the day there, and then left at 6:00 PM and drove 400 miles back. That trip was less than $150.

Highs
-Meeting all the people at the war
-Hearing what Talio had to say about stuff
-Setting some good shots off with lowely modded guns
-Stealing 3 of Ice's darts and getting a handful more from icespartan.

Lows
-Coming a bit late and then my coat wouldn't come off because of the zipper, and then my suitcase wouldn't open all the way because that zipper was messed up.
-Sitting out a few rounds because I couldn't get my guns reloaded at all.
-One of the guys stole half of my sandwich and threw it in the field, for no reason.
-Not being able to perform well in the cold (that affected the day, A LOT).
-(here comes a big low), to make a long story short, I had a really tough time packing up, and i had Ice give me and my mom a ride home.

Oh, and I learned one thing about Ice at the war. Don't Ever Give Him A High Concentration Of Sugar!! (EVER)!

That was a pretty fun war. Slow, but fun. Everyone looked like they were having fun, and I had fun. I'm so hungry though, I didn't eat much there, just chex mix (thanks mullet man ). Talio's appearance and reffing really helped get things moving smoother.


Pro's
Trading crossbows
Actually getting to use my doomsayer for a couple rounds, when we had less people on my team (so it was fair as decided on by the group)
Getting a better feel for the field and it's cover
It wasn't half as cold as we thought it'd be
It was actually a rather nice day for 20 degrees out side (well, I was fine. Didn't use a coat)
Darts were really easy to find, they stick out quite well on this field, thanks to all the tan patches
Pwning noobs (joke)
Just having a really fun day, Everything was really cool, even between rounds

Great war in my opinion, could have been better but what are you going to do.

Pros:
Getting my Crossbow some use
Seeing everyone again
Getting to use my plus bow as well
Buying some breechs
Getting to see how my guns I modded Gears for christmas working out just great
My Nf Kicked ass
Having my PAS kick some major ass, I got 10 hits in one round.
Seeing ice get 3 crossbows for one
Shooting Mulletman in the face from about 70 feet away with my NF, BOOM HEADSHOT!!!!!
Having a shit load of darts
Making a shit load of jokes
Talio coming
It not being cold

Cons:
Getting shot with a freaking scout in the month by Gears from like feet away
Having to leave at 2:00

Over all a great day. Nice to see all those pictures Gears. All of are crossbows did rather well. Also when you going to have that video up Gear? Hope everyone had a good day like I did. Really tired after words.

I uploaded the video on my PC, but I'm going to have ice put the footage together with some pics and just put it up on his YouTube page.

Pros:
-Getting to play around with a Doomsayer.
-Purging myself with my Crossbow, and getting some amazing shots off.
-Almost everyone wanting to play on the same team with me (WTF?).
-CTF ended way to fast. Ice and I owned.
-Taking some (relativly) decent pics.
-Talio geeking out over my LS W/a red dot sight.
-I need one of those XXL Bazookas.
-Not losing my eyeware!
-Playing through an entire round with a stock Vulcan.
-So many fake "intimidation" shots. I'd take a shot with the crossbow, have nothing in the 2K barrel, and just aim the gun at someone. They'd take a few steps back.

Cons:
-Forgot my belt, so I wasn't able to use my ammo pouch/Scout
-No Keef.

Are we just going to keep on calling every PA war by the number that it is. As in this was the second one, and will we call the next Pa war witch is in 2 months PA 3 or are we going to start calling them by season similar to the way they do DCNO's? Just wondering.

Fuck that...PA war. It was good showing up. I figured it was like a half hour away from my house, I'd be a bitch not to just stop by and say hi. I actually liked reffing alot. Focusing on keeping things running smooth is easier when I'm not on the verge of death between rounds. I get so amped up playing, I forget what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing. Helped me keep a level head. Thanks for letting me do that guys.

When it gets warm we need to do this more often. Even if there's only 3 or 4 of us, I'd like to get the practice.
