That sucks. Oh well. Maybe this summer, eh? I'm still waiting on a reply from the school district. I don't foresee any problems, though.

So, whats your primary and secondary? Mines going to be a big salvo or a plus bow for primary then a secret shot 1 for secondary;/

I just got done finishing some mods. My primary will defiantly be a cpvc'd hornet, secondary will be a Night finder. Draconis have you sent the spring rest reinforcement plates yet, I haven't received it yet. If you need I can pm my address to you again.

Oops... Nope. I'll do that, sorry about the delay. My primary is likely to be a BS, and my secondary is definitely going to be my new Wipeout (Pistolsplat/Supasplat clone).

Sorry about the double post, but this is important.

I have sucky news. My son's first basketball game (ever) is on Saturday the 10th at 11:00AM, here in Salem. I wouldn't miss it for the world, not even my first war. I will still attend, and I am still trying to bring a couple people, but it won't be until at least 1:00PM, probably more like 1:30-2:00. You guys will have to get started without us. Also, it is unlikely that I will have any +Bows completed by then. I was counting on having my week of vacation for building, but instead I was conscripted to install a new floor. We'll see. MAYBE.

Okay guys, the war is tomorrow! Make sure you are all prepared! Pack your darts, pack your blasters, and lay out your warm clothes. The weather looks relatively good, partly cloudy, high mid forties. Low chance of rain. Not much more we could ask for in January. I will be up there as soon as I can!

There is no way I can get up to Muwalkie tomorrow. My parents are busy and nobody else can take me. So I will not be able to come either. I have been really looking forward to it so I'm sorry to miss it... =(

Well, I would like to say that it was awesome, but I can't. When my sister and I showed up at the school (2:15-ish), there was no one there. So I hopped on my data enabled phone and checked the thread to make sure I didn't mix up locations... But I was at Aldercreek Middle School. There was a group of people packing up some touch football equipment, so I asked if they had seen anyone shooting Nerf blasters at each other, to which they replied in the affirmative. But they also added that the nerfers had left, walking some time prior. I am more than just a little disappointed.

Guys, where were you? If the time I specified for my arrival wasn't okay, then the polite thing to do is to tell the me. I spent all of my spare time for the last two weeks prepping for a war, and wasted an afternoon driving. This will not happen next time. When we plan another war, then the organizers will need to take charge and remain at the location for the duration of the war. At the very least, the organizer needs to have a list of everyone's phone numbers so that changes can be made known.

Okay I got a PM (On YouTube) from Silentsnipe. He asked me to tell all of you why he didn't make it to the war.

Yes, it did go down badly. Why? I got banned for a month and I am not unbanned for another 2 weeks. Then I wasn't even prepared with my stefans. I had no materials for it. And lastly, on the day the war was going on my dad told me I could not go 'cause he dosen't want me to meet people off the internet. I was going to bring a friend with me so he was a little more comfortable with it, but apperantly y friend couldn't make it, thus making me a No-show.

I was able to make it, but nobody was there. Just some people playing football. I just sat on a bench and ate my sandwich. That was the highlight of my day sadly...

We should all remember this as the perfect example of how not to organize a nerf war. It was doomed to failure, for the simple reason that the "host" is a complete douche; everything fell apart from there. No amount of bribery or desperation could persuade me to attend an event that depended on someone like Silentsnipe (partially because war attendance represents a significant investment of time/effort on my part).

Well, I showed up early. No-one, I went driving around for a bit. Came back and saw some people leaving. I tried getting their attention, Hopfully it wasn't any of you. So I just sat around for a bit. Shot some darts off. I hit one of those football players ^.^ Awesome. Highlight of my day. But pretty lame. Next time I personally will host it. So you can count on one hell of a war. All in all I wish I could have met some of you. Well If your up for it I'll check and see if I'm free my birthday, And if I am, would anyone be interested in a Valentines Day War?(Obviously thats my birthday if you didn't catch on.)
