I will be leaving soon to head out. I am bringing the blasters for SplitLip, Icespartan_1114, Echnalaid (though the deal isn't set yet) and Chalywong, so be sure you brought your cash. I am, howvever, not bringing anything else as my car is a mess and I don't have the time to sort the containers to remove things that have sold to other people. I have been a bit preoccupied as of late.

I may be a few minutes late as I need to get a little bit more rest, but me not being late for a war would be rare.

Someone will probably make a recap thread by tomorrow. I just got home lol, that ranks 2nd as my longest travel time commitment [1st was the ECNO earlier this year]. Was worth getting up at 5 for though, will post a personal recap tomorrow. There's some good pics too, hopefully those will be posted...

Since no one has made a recap thread, I am just going to post here.

Pros:
-Getting a lot of hits
-Getting my Crossbow!!!!
-Meeting Shadowkid33
-Meeting DX
-Having Zach Attack get a ride with me
-Getting an Eagle Eye
-Having a good amount of people
-Having a lot of darts to spare, Thanks Shadow
-Having a lot of left over stefans after I left

Cons:
-Me getting sick
-Not getting my Lazer Fang from Badger
-Not using my plus bow, don't ask

Other then that great war. Hope everyone had a good war, and Echnalaid and/or Shadowkid33 upload the video soon. I am still sick but it was so worth it.

My damn camcorder is screwed up, I need to buy a cleaning cassette this week and that will delay the video somewhat. Anyway, I suppose I'll post my recaps...

1) Getting the flag in that 'Defend the Base'-style game on the playground and winning the round. I still can't believe I sisn't get hit when I tripped. Sheer luck I tell you...

2) Metting a bunch of new people who I've never met before (I think Badger, Vacc, and DX were the only ones there I've ever played with before).

3) Proving the reliability of most of my guns.

4) Having an overall good time.

-Seeing Dux, IceSpartan, Split, Zach, and VACC again
-Teamed up with VACC on Gunslinger heaven
-Met shadowkid33 and Langley
-Excellent teamwork between VACC and me. This is the best hit I've ever gotten. VACC is walking down the bridge, and instructs me to hide behind the brushing. He whistles, other team comes rushing up to the end of the bridge, and the enemy mumbles something like, "I can see someone's feet". I jump out with my RF20 and spray 15 darts in their faces, talking a hit myself.
-Buying a modded clip and 50 darts from Split
-Buying a Blast Fire IOP from badger
-Seeing Split's rocket-thing he pulled out from badger's car
-Seeing the inverse 2K handle on the main 2K- Genius.
-Doing great with the darts Split gave me in copper in Gunslinger Heaven
-Kevin (my brother) buying an AT3K from shadowkid33. He's really happy bout it.
-Seeing shadowkids' homemade thingy pistol. You have to tell me how to make one.
-The Panic Button. VACC and Langley were joking on how the Blast Fire has a Blast button. Zach? joked around saying when you hit it, everyone falls down. Funny thing though, in Gunslinger's Heaven, I was cornered and hit the Blast button and hit both of them. I think my Blast Fire is my new sidearm.
-Seeing a bunch of stuff I want to get and seeing a ton of mods to try.

I'm glad he likes the 3K. I think the pump is plugged though, so be sure not to overpump it (I'd say 4-5 pumps, max).

That pistol was the first online Nerf gun I ever bought. I bought it from FlamingHilt back on the HQ about two years ago. Luckily, he has a writeup of how he made it right here.

I don't think it's plugged, he can pump it 6 times, and about half way, the OPV kicks.

Great war overall but one huge con. Me and Rob(kid with at2k handle mod) got into a serious accident coming home from the field. We are both ok and lucky to be alive.

Just a reminder to all nerfers safety is number1.

- Seeing mostly familiar faces on a familiar field. My fast and fluid fighting style works best in this type of terrain.
- Pouring in the hits, all day long. Didn't matter whether the victim was moving, stationary, veteran, newbie, wide open, or through the brush, my maxshot meant business.
- Knifing into the enemy in the first round. I didn't expect it to be a turkey-shoot, but they wouldn't stop dying
- Shooting Vacc in the cheek to end the standoff on the road. "A sweet, yet terrible hit".
- Watching Ice Spartan fork over $190 for a crossbow. Damn that's like a semester's worth of college textbooks at the best online discounts possible.
- Finding some old darts that I fired over 3 years ago at an Apoc that wasn't much larger than this war!
- Defense - barely saving the flag. Had someone not called my name, I wouldn't have even noticed it getting away. Couldn't do anything about the second time though.
- The bridge battle. At times I was alone with 4 people shooting at me while dodging and trying not to slip cause the wood was wet. The fight across the bridge from within the bushes was also really intense. Split took a shot that missed my head by an inch or two.
- Getting a ride from Badger to jump-start a long trip home. Left at dusk, took 5 hours, made 4 transfers, rode 3 lines, pulled into 2 Penn stations, caught 1 express, and finally stepped on Westport platform at 10.

I'm glad that everyone had a good time. Personally, I think you all should be jealous of me, as I got to spend that entire day in front of a computer screen, writing code for a wireless network.

I am especially glad that you two are okay after the accident.

In the next couple weeks, I'll start a planning thread for Reckoning, which will be at the same site, sometime in January. This one, I promise, I will be at.

Good war guys. No real hitches except for a few scrubs showing up a solid two hours late, so karma destroyed the car two of them were in. Next time be on time, and you won't get your car totaled. Simple as that.

I'm glad this war is coming soon so we can cut all this sexual tension.
