I must say that my SNAP is now upgraded to an unhealthy level of awesome.

How awesome?

Well topic-worthy awesome.

Once its finalized, of course.

Jesus, I better finish my SNAP quick or else I can't be on team SNAP! Yeah! That would kick ass! Myself, Julian, Jim, and Max, all on the same team wielding SNAPS. We would definitely be a force to be reckoned with, like team AT3k is in Ohio, which is where I get the basis of this idea from.

All else fails, you can borrow mine. The one that I duct taped a drink to at MNNO? its been ghettoed with tons of duct tape and e-tape, but its sturdy. Accept the stock, which bends.

We could have a round of SNAPs vs. That would be fun. My buddy, Nick has one too (made it for him as a b-day gift) so it would be six SNAPs vs. everyone else. I like those odds.

Anyway, I'm getting mixed info about the weather. KQRS says it's gonna be crappy as hell, WCCO (ch. 4) says mild, and KARE 11 can't decide either way. Anyone got a semi-reliable weather report?

Right you are, sam! I'm more worried about my blasters though. A SNAP can be rebuilt, an LS or a NF cannot though (especially first and second get ones)

Unless, of course, the people using everything else are *gasp* better nerfers than you. the guns don't mean a whole lot when compared to the nerfers using them. That's a lesson a lot of nerfers seem to have difficulty learning these days. Come out east and we'll be glad to teach you.

I'm going to be there no matter what, and you should too. I doubt this war could be nearly as bad as the war in March was, there was ice, massive puddles, and very wet snow. People slipped on the ice, and froze their feet in the puddles, that's why we played a lot of tower rounds, which is a good thing about when the weather isn't very nice. I think nerfing in Snow is definitely better than nerfing in the rain, that is why, unless it is a fucking monster wind blizzard, we should be okay. If it's windy and our darts are getting tossed around like hot potatoes, we play VIP-I, since that is all close quarters.

Lord VACC, I was simply saying that that six SNAPs evens the odds quite well. I happen to know that both Busta and venom are excellent shots, and at the very least I can lay down cover fire for them. Not sure about Max or Nick though. Nick's good as far as I know.

Anyway, I agree that the Nerfer behind the blaster is just as important as the blaster itself.

I'm gonna show up regardless of weather. What blasters I use will depend heavily on the weather. Probably nothing with a beefy-ass spring if it's too cool, don't want the plastic shattering on me.

Bad news.

My life is far too fucked up at the moment for me to attend. My ride broke down, my arsenal sucks, my mate and I are trying to stay out of poverty status, I'm fat, etc...

I do sincerely apoligize, and I do wish I could be there, but the cards are not dealt in my favor this year.

Alright gents', it's almost game time. I've just got a few things to add. Dress warmly and prepare for snow. It's going to be about 25-36 degrees, with a chance of snow, so you will want to be prepared. Dress in layers in case you get too warm. I was good at the March war with just my regular jeans, a T-shirt, a thin hoodie, and thick hoodie. I do recommend wearing wool pants, if not wear two layers of pants in case they get wet. Bring extra shoes/socks in case your feet get wet, you don't want to have the same end that NerfCrazy did at MNSBW. Don't miss the war for a stupid reason, like "It's too cold", or "I don't have any guns". I have tons of guns, and Zudikas and I combined should have a lot of darts. I recommend you wear some form of gloves, at MNSBW I wore a pair of those cheap thin gloves, with the finger tips cut off, and it worked pretty well.

Without a doubt bring extra shoes and socks. Trust me wet feet and no heater or hand warmers sucks. I will be there with goose island.

The weather should be similar to today, but probably with less snow. So, that means be prepared to be snowed on and to be running around on wet slippery grass, which means Jim has a higher likelihood as slipping and sliding around like he did at SPANO.

I'm guessing that I can be fairly certain that everyone who says there coming is actually coming? As Ryan McNumbers says "If you say your coming, you better fucking come".

I will be there tomorrow quite early (hopefully if my dad can get going fast enough) with 2 (TWO) video cameras for double footage and umbrellas to tape to tripods if it starts to have slushy snow, so expect a good video this time. I am bringing extra socks and shoes for me, not for you.

Alright, all my guns are set including my SNAP, now I just need to make darts. See you guys tomorrow, and remember, dress warm, bring extra shoes and socks, and show up on time. We've nerfed in this weather before, so don't you dare use that as an excuse.

I'm pretty much ready, got my SNAP up to a magnificent level of coolness (you'll see what I mean tomorrow). Darts are made, etc. I'm only gonna bring a couple guns to cut down on weight and bulk, so I'm fucked if my SNAP or its sub-assembly craps out on me.

Wanna use the one I used last war if yours craps out?

Sure, but I don't think it'll be necessary. Mine is in great condition, I just replaced parts of the plunger that were ready to fail. Also if the SNAP itself breaks, I've still got the awesome integration.

Good luck, gents.

Nerfcrazy, I personally think that you should mount one of those cameras to one of your weapons, Messiah style.

I expect video soon.

I'm all geared up, I even finished my double sprung recon. Leaving the LS at home this crack around, but I'll bring a second primary in case my SNAP has a heart attack.
