I'll be in the indoor roster for lunch till end of the day.

The Outdoor war will be held at North Brunswick Township Park, on Stockton Dr and Garner Rd in North Brunswick NJ
Google Directions

Regardless of numbers, Talio, Jlego and I will be at the outdoor venue all day.

The park is great. There's a very small playground area, an open area, a long strip of field under some power lines, and a big wooded area with lots of big trees but very little brush.

Directions:
Follow the google maps link above. The corner of Stockton and Garner is really just a curve in the same rd. When you see the sign that says 'Eisenhower Park' you're there. There's no parking lot, but there's plenty of parking on the street. Well be meeting at the picnic tables at this location, but we'll probably be nerfing in the woods straight back from the road.

Can I make a point that that room looks like the walls are made out of dry wall. How do you intend on not putting holes in that? You guys need to take into account that you're representing the NIC here. We don't need any negative attention.

Talio brings up a good point. I may have to restrict a gun's power. I know this is a bit last minute, but bring a lot of guns, just in case ours are too powerful. If a gun is too powerful and may leave a dent in the wall, I'll check every gun at the war. But mostly anything that can hit 100 is banned if it's dry wall. The exception is that if your darts are padded. That's OK.

Interestingly enough, I split some kid's lip with Talio's new Rapage1500. Also interesting, Rapage1500 doesn't come up as a type in Firefox.

Ice/Spartan, I was told you guys were going to do half indoor. half outdoor. What happened with that? Also, I was there, and you didn't show up. I suppose you guys came late or something.

Anyway, we had a pretty good time. Long range stand offs are getting annoying. I'm thinking that for my next public war, I want to do a ban on anything that shoots over 80' flat. You guys need to start moving, especially since if it comes down to a long range stand off, I'm clearly a better shot than you.

I'm glad you kids had fun. Andrew, happy birthday again.

Woops. I forgot to list pros and cons.

Pros
-Forming JAC.
-Losing our first clan battle. Our Longshots were no match for their Crosbows and FirePike
-Having all my friends there.
-Tarakshaya being unbelievably awesome with an LS.
-Being a man and taking a bunch of close range hits. Except that time everyone ganged up on me and shot me from 5 ft away.
-Handling a FirePike
-Having Joe there. He's a really cool guy. He inspired me to make my own NWS system.
Joe, if you're reading this, stay tuned for it!
-I fell down the hill after getting shot from ice's Crossbow.
-Slide kills!
-Split found my jacket and returned it to me.

Cons-
Taiio says cons are for pussies!

Jackson, you left your sunglasses here. I could do 2 things-
1- Sell it on ebay for a few hundred bucks.

Splitlip split my friend Chris' lip. Irony.. Echna, I came in, and realized that the people had very powerful guns for a small area. I also new more people at the outdoor war, and I assumed Ice and Ice_Spartan would be there. Sorry if I dissapointed you, but I have to say, the outdoor war was kick ass.

PROS:
- Headshotting Phil
- Seeing Talio make Chris call Phil an asshole
- Getting to meet Skitzo's brother
- Barrel tapping Jackson
- Playing in the woods at the end

CONS:
- None really, except for the fact it was somewhat cold. Otherwise a great war.

If you are going to make a NWS lime mine I would say make sure you angle the PVC right-may take a few try's- and to get the positioning right, it doesn't work if your legs keep knocking the guns off. And ice, he gets to keep your goggles but i cant keep your trash. unfair.

All in all a great war, a little too standoffish at times but it was fun.

Highlights:
-First war of the year!
-Had the best pistol round of my life, changing my view on the game altogether.
-New primary performing great for most of the war.
-Me- "what the fuck is that!?(referring to a horribly deformed dart)" Badger- "Those? Those are girls. Girls are grody."(referring to the two girls playing basketball)
-Going back for another gun after my new primary broke only to return with my entire team in shambles.
-Squirrel tail!?
-Blood everywhere!
-Talio - "I'm going to kill you with my Lock n' Load!"
-Only coughing up half a lung in between rounds.

I had a rollicking good time at my second nerf war. Thank you to Skitzo, Phil and Badger for lending me your nerf guns to play with. It was a pleasure to nerf with all of you, and the mix of terrain features was pretty cool. I really hope to make it to more wars soon and hopefully next time I won't need to mooch guns off so many of you.

Oh, and I'm kind of fond of Langley's face, so please stop shooting it or there will be words. <3

You know, I gotta be honest. i did not have the best time. But given as this thing was a bit of a cluster fuck and then kinda pulled itself together at the last minute, I really can't complain. I'm glad you had a good birthday party, sorry some of the older guys didn't show.

So as for the outside war, I actually have pro's and con's this time. Yes, cons are for pussies, and I'm gonna be one for a second.

Pro's:
Getting to nerf.
Seeing my friends.
Acting like a jack ass.
Discovering a new strategy.
Testing my new gun.
Not horribly damaging myself.
Drinking afterwards.
Almost fighting afterwards.
Calling Lego Megaman all day.
Talking to a guy about nerf vs. paintball.
Meeting a doggie.

Con's:
Stand offs. You kids have to move...it was so boring.
New gun blues.
Broken xbow.
Having to explain basic rules.
Arguements about hits.
Coughing up a lung.
Freezing my ass off.
Having to deal with work all god damn day long.

Now that I've had time to think about it, I just had a lowsy fucking week and it probably wasn't the war at all. I was probably just a little fussy. Sorry for screaming at you guys.

Since you were so apologetic at the time, I'll let this slide, but if I ever get any indication that you're intentionally shooting to hit the head/face, you're getting kicked out of my wars. Not trying to be a dick, I'm just saying that this is pretty much my policy with everyone.

Anyway, I had a great time at the war. Thank you to everyone who came to the outdoor war despite the short notice. I think the new venue worked out really well, and I'm looking forward to going back there soon.

Just a few Highlights:
Running down five kids with a nothing but an Arrowstorm and seeing them flee in terror. "Here he comes!", "YEAH, HERE I COME. OH SHIT HERE COMES LANGLEY WITH HIS ARROWSTORM, RUN MOTHERFUCKERS, RUN!"
Being on the winning side of a clan war. It's been a long time.
That last round where Talio was just using a lock n' load. Something just clicked and I think everyone had fun that round.
