Lately I've been hooked on the burger king game, Sneak King. I know its terrible, but it just makes me laugh every time I see the king sneaking around on his tiptoes.

Another good game is Tales of Vesperia, you may not think it is the greatest but I love the tales series. It came out maybe a week or two ago for the 360.

Honestly I don't understand why people aren't saying Legend of Zelda Ocerina of Time. It is the always in the top 10 for professional countdowns.

All these people referring to N64 as classic gaming make me feel old. I learned to read playing Final Fantasy for the NES.

As for best games I've played, first and foremost is Eternal Darkness. Great Lovecraftian story, fun gameplay, and the Sanity system make for an amazing experience late at night, with the lights off and the surround sound on. The Disgaea series is amazing as well, for entirely different reasons. It's hilarious, and has surprisingly deep tactical gameplay. Displaces a lot of games for #2 on my list. Rounding out my top 3 is a tie between the Time Crisis series, the House of the Dead series, and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, because Lightgun games kick ass. I'm also a fan of Castlevania games, especially Symphony of the Night and Aria of Sorrow. Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin were mediocre at best.

Nostalgia mentions go to Wolfenstein 3D, any number of text adventures, Bubble Bobble, and Heretic.

Sheer awesome but never got to play much mentions go to Chrono Trigger, the Breath of Fire series, and Gunstar Heroes.

Only average but fun to play: Halo, Godhand, Ragnarok Online.

I'm honestly surprised that no one has mentioned Descent. It's got a crapload of replay value and the multiplayer is fun as hell. I keep patching it so I can play it on newer machines. Definitely the greatest I've ever played. Descent 2 is great fun as well, the levels sometimes get too difficult though, especially on harder modes, and the Thief Bot is a major pain the tail. Descent 2, the greatest I've ever played, Descent 1, great fun, was the best until I played Descent 2. Descent 3 is an Effeminate fail though.

Guild Wars "was" the greatest game I've ever played. To bad they don't know how to skill balance and the economy is shit now.

I still play it, but I am getting bored since I got my rank 9 Hero title.

Einhander. A 3D, side scrolling shooter from the PS1's hay day. Still my favorite game of all time. Sick music, and graphics that I didn't think Sony was capable of at the time. Freaking amazing, especially when the view changes and your looking at the game from the back right corner but the ship's reference doesn't change. Hard but a classic.

WoW, HL2 + episodes, Cod4, TF2, and many others. I don't think I could pinpoint my favorite game ever. If I was pressed I would say WoW.

Gears of War. Hands down. I have replayed it so many times now I know it off by heart. Also the multiplayer, ooohhhhh the multiplayer, It's awsome on a stick. Oh yeah, and Half-life, either of them, and the Thief series, oh and System Shock 2, oh oh and Bioshock, wait...and...and...No thats it really.
