I just joined this board to see if anyone had any information or could help me out. Im looking for some Nerf Vortex Baseballs. They are orange and made of a light dense foam. They were to be used with the Nerf Baseball Vortex Bat. I havent been able to find them in any stores, and I've done a search on this forum, used several leading search engines including ebay and am still unable to locate any. I have emailed Nerf and am yet to hear back from them. I know most of the post here are related to war games and such but I figured if anyone knew something about this is it would be someone here. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Also, if anyone has some I would be willing to buy them.

I guess you have some heavy duty industrial strength toilet paper holders. Do they advise you to wear eye protection when changing rolls?

And you would be wrong because there are collectors on this site. This website is about nerf guns. I don't think you will find much help here with other nerf toys.
The name I think you should be asking for the the "Nerf Vortex Power Bat"
The Vortex Power Bat is multicolored. It's a rather rare item so if you want replacement parts you hay have to ask Hasbro.
The classic Nerf Bat was neon green with a black handle.

I know what you are sayin SofaKing, but I would risk being crucified by my nephews and friends if I sold the bat. Hopefully the image works if not here is the site (http://www.drtoy.com..._v/oddz_on2.htm), so maybe people will recognize exactly what we are talking about. It says that Oddz On, the company that made the bat and balls went out of business but I hoped to find some of the power balls floating around.
I am familiar with the "acceptable" foam balls that you speak of, they get the job done but those Vortex balls were perfect, nice big seams for curveballs and what have you, no too light but not too heavy or hard. I bet a company could make quite a bit of money if they re-released the combo.

Best wiffle ball bat when we were all 9.... I remember someone threw it, and it made a hole, and then all this gas came out and it smelt like shit...
I'll have to look around for those balls though, somewhere in my garage...
