[A side of nerf]

This mod is a way to make your recon stock stronger without sacrificing the length of the stock. This mod doesn't improve ranges.
Here is a picture of the gun.

The Materials

• 1/2in PVC
• 1in PVC
• Hotglue

First select two pieces of 1/2in PVC the length of the two top rails. Cut these two pieces in half along the shaft, it should look like this


Then put one half around the rail and glue the other half to it. Now the shaft is around the rail. Glue it to the rail divider and anything else for support. Do the same for the other rail.

Then cut a piece of 1in PVC the length indicated in the picture below.


Attach one end of the PVC to the divider with hot glue. Make sure you don't attach the other part because it won't be able to detach from the gun.
The finished product should look like this.

I wrapped some of the PVC in electrical tape. This gun looks a lot cooler with the nozzle on the front, but it's at my friends house right now.

Nice. Although, there have been quite a few recon stock mods, whether there is a psinr insdie to inprove ranges, or just to make the stock less flimsy. Also, what kind of clip is that in the gun? Is it a double clip or something? It almost looks like there is cardboard around the sides. It looks horrible, unless you give the gun a PJ. Good stock mod though.

Yes it is a double clip, and it does look horrible with the Recon. It is meant for my Longshot that has a similar paint job.
