My boss had a legitimate grievance with Blockbuster (exposing his personal info after he'd canceled his account) that they wouldn't do anything about. But he found out that Blockbuster's customer service reps were not allowed to hang up on customers with problems. Ever. Under any circumstances. So he pulled a Blockbuster filibuster involving at one point piping this video through the speakerphone. It was all I could do to keep from bursting out laughing; we were kicking ourselves later for not recording it.
