I'll be back in Duluth for the summer so if I make it you can expect, at the very least, one other person to be with me as gas will be a bitch. The date sounds pretty solid to me as of right now, but there's always the chance for shit to go down. Hope to make it and see everyone there!

He won't shut up about how much he is going to "own" and "snlpe". At least Jags (that kid I brought to MNNO) actually knows what he will do, after going to MNNO and being shot in the eye just today.

He better not come, unless he can act mature. But I doubt that will happen anytime soon. The weird thing is he is 12 which isn't that much younger than me or NerfCrazy, but he acts and looks more like he is 8.

I was surprised as I didnt really think anyone was a joke before showing up. I was probably the biggest joke, and if push comes to shove, I will keep that title using any number of silly articles of clothing.

I revamped my Longshot so now if people thought it was good before, imagine it leaner meaner and able to shoot about 20-30 more feet. I can't wait to war test it then have it inevitably break due to the BBB spring and no reinforcement.

Hilt is the most likely person to give Kanashimi a ride. He did for MNSBW. I think that everyone else lives too far south.

I am already starting to make darts for this war. I am letting them sit in CPVC for a day or so each, for optimum fit (something that was not considered for MNNO), for some reason I bought some fatter then usual FBR. I'll probably piss everyone off because my darts are incredibly thin, thus they will not be able to barrel them (unless they are using THICK wall CPVC).

Hey venom, if I manage to somehow obtain a ride and then lose all of my darts because of my magstrike, I'll know who to go to. My darts are very thin, I use the hairdryer and pillowcase method to straighten them, and they manage to stay thin enough to fit in 1/2 brass and cpvc. How do you guys manage to make yours so thick?

Thickwall cpvc, the off-white kind? Or the grey kind?

Im gonna be rockin Megas for my dual nitefinders, but also I have a metric shit ton of micros that I would be willing to lend. They are made with Menards 1/2 inch FBR and fit great into the LS stock breach and stock barrels of the Magstrike, and if you want, you can borrow my extra mags as I probably wont be using my Magstrike.

But I guess Im gonna be pulling a Hilt and only bring pistols (well.... Longshot excluded) and see how that works.

Yeah I use the white/tan CPVC. I have bought one foot of 1/2" brass and they fit in that too. I think Carrtoon uses thickwall CPVC as well. If you want I can make you some darts and sell them to you, just specify how you want them weighted and what-not. I am amazed that your darts stay that thin. My last batch was fucked even before I straightened them, then when I did that made them worse, so that's why I am fitting each dart in CPVC.

I may consider using megas, but only for a couple guns like my pump-shotgun, big blast, or SNAP-1. I get my foam at menards too, I am surprised that they get that thick. Most of the time my darts fit decently well from the start in CPVC (except for my last couple batches). It must be your straightening methods.

Put me down as a maybe for now, if I can get a car/ride in time, I'll be there for sure. I'd love to meet some of the other Minnesotan Nerfers. My guns aren't much to look at, but they're reliable as hell, especially my LS. *pets LS* I love that thing to death ^^

Just on a side note, I noticed that the LS has almost as much popularity as the all mighty x-bow. I think it might be a good idea to start a topic for showing off LS's. That's just me though.

Hey, at MNSBW, I noticed 'hilts super thick darts seemed a bit burned. My darts almost look like I just bought some from Menards, cut them, and weighted/glued them. Could the fact that I only heat them enough to just be straight make my darts so thin?

Bustaninja, if I can get there sure. I only have four mags (that soon need to be brassed) for my magstrike. =)

P.s. YAY! I finally found a nice place that has brass, balsa, music wire, and stuff. They were out of 1/2 inch brass though...
