It got about 30' with a cdtd, so maybe the Streamlines had something to do with it.
Also, has anyone else replaced their Ls spring with a BBB and had it work?
What were the ranges?
thanks.

I don't know the range of it, but you just have to stick the BBB spring in there in addition to the longshot spring, and you have to add an extra spring to the catch plate.

I'm officially declaring it F.U.B.A.R.'ed, and CPVC'ing it.
That being said, what spring(s) need to be used in a CPVC Ls?

EDIT- A BBB spring should work just fine. It would work great with the LS spring too, with reinforcement.

I have a LS and NF spring combination and it fitted me best (not to strong or weak). I get ranges around 85-90 FT.
If you have any questions, PM me.

Ok,
What you do is you take the plunger itself and empty it out, so it'll only be the plunger without the spring. you will cut off the existing stock barrel but will leave about two inches of it.
To glue it on, you will put some hot glue around the edge of the stock barrel and then aline the new CPVC barrel with it. Take the hot tip of your gluegun and melt the excess. This will leave a good coat of glue around the binding of the two barrels. You may need to put a lubricate to ease when you cock the gun because it will leave a lump between the binding.
But in order to cock the gun you need to do a precise measurement.
Cut off the orange nub of the stock barrel that connects to the blue arm. It's the one that has the pin. You are going to have to take off the jam door for this mod. you are going to drill a hole through the nub and the CPVC barrel. Mark where you are going to drill on the CPVC barrel WHEN THE GUN IS NOT COCKED. it'll be safe to make the hole slightly toward the plunger. If you make it too far, the gun will not cock and you need to start from square one. You're gonna put a screw through the nub and the barrel. The screw should provide a nice seal. you should screw it down till it touches the bottem part of the barrel.
I hope this helps.

Thats one of it's uses but mostly it holds on the barrel to the bolt slide. So the screw keeps the dart from being sucked into the plunger tube right?

I'll update when I do.
Thanks especially to CAPS and bogboogalars.
EDIT: do I have to cut off the front end of the gun, or can I just cut the barrel?

This is what the front looks like as of right now.Well you don't have too but I think it looks cool and i like it but sure you could probably just cut the barrel off instead of the whole gun.

I took the orange muzzle off and wrapped 3/4 PVC in duct tape until it was snug.

No, not yet.Have you already done the mod? or is that just cosmetic stuff right now?
I did that last night, because I wanted the extended barrel and didn't feel like sanding out the muzzle.
So from there, would I need to cut the front off?
Also, the CPVC fits inside the stock barrel, right?

Nah, unless its a spring/clips, I've got what I need.If you need spare LS parts, I could bring some to the war.

Why does the long one need to go...CAPS has the long barrel on his.No, but the front barrel the xtra long one will have to go for it to work but you can use the original barrel to nest the cpvc in...but the long one will have to go.
DO you mean that the long barrel will render it useless, or just less effective?
