Wait. I was there over this week end. Saturday to be precise. When did they come in? I was a bit to rushed to actaully find the whole nerf section but I will take your word on it and try to check again sometime, but thanks for the heads up sam. It may happen that I get to bring one of those aswell.

Yeah. I got more stefans made and money ready to go make another batch of CTDS. I should be war worthy by may (it is in may right?) and I will bring the works. Santa's helper may be repainted and cleaned up by then. Possibly another weird NF contraption and my BBB. I still wanna get my hands on a Recon but MN doesnt seem to enjoy helping me out there. Maybe its time for another longshot instead. Either way, still checking on dates but I hope to come this time

Oh come on, who actually goes to prom and enjoys it? This is going to be a great war I can tell, in all of it's dual-longshot wielding ridiculousness. The ultimate show down will be when you and Bustaninja have a face off at the end.

That sounds a bit extreme, but I do remember you telling me that you needed to make it a lot stronger at MNSBW. Then I showed you my couplered NF, which has nothing but hot glue and held up the whole war and on. Surprisingly, I think you will be the only one with a Crossbow.

I've decided that I have a bit of an excess of Nerf. I'll be selling pretty much anything/everything I have to anyone who wants to buy. I can bring it all to the war and prices can be negotiated. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Am I reading it correctly in it saying 10-6+ as in it will be from 10 am to around 6 pm maybe more? If so, I probably cant be there for all 8 hours but some is better then none when it comes to nerfing.

That's fine if you don't show for the whole thing. I only went to MNSBW for 3 or 4 hours, and it does get tiring.

I left after freezing my feet by stepping in a giant puddle. I went from 10-4 for me and it is tiring. Yes some is better than none. Can't wait to see you all there!

I just thought of something. I think I will allow melee weapons. Here are the regulations:
-Swords/Spears/Daggers must be either a nerf fencing weapon, or a pool noodle/pipe insulation (with nothing inside it, like wood, PVC, etc.
- Shields must be no larger than 18 inches long or wide
-Weaker pistols may be allowed in place of a shield, but they can't shoot over 50'

I will try to bring a couple of extra foam noodles, but I probably won't have enough for everyone. If you have any objections to these rules, go ahead and speak your mind. Also here is what I will probably use:

I think this is a bad idea, well at least the shields are. Melee weapons wont be allowed at any future MN events, at least that I host, so I don't really see the point. Plus you can already barrel tap, which doesn't really happen that often anyway, so melee weapons seem kind of useless.

But it's your war I suppose.

Yes true. I don't really expect to be able to do anything like this at any future wars. I also don't think that anybody will try this for more than a couple rounds if any. I just want to see how well melee weapons and whatnot actually work in wars, I know that for JSPB combat people sometimes use them.

That's fantastic. This is now officially going to be one of the most Effeminate wars ever to happen in Minnesota. If I can't show up for any reason (which is highly unlikely), just have the war as normal.

Rings, good to here that you might be able to make it. It will be nice to have lots of new faces at this war.

Actually, I say no shields except mantas, but it's your war.

Also, I'll be bringing my PVC + Pipe Insulation Sword, so you can see how much it doesn't hurt, and so you can watch me own you with it. After I own you with it, we can all realize that barrel taps are just as effective and get back to the matter at hand; that is, shooting each other with foam darts.

Yeah I guess the sword and sheild thing is a pretty pointless idea. Of course, you would say Manta Rays are the only sheild, I bet your the only one who has one!

There is a chance of showers, but I don't mind playing in light rain. If it rains a lot, I think sunday is supposed to be nice so how does sunday sound as a back-up date for everyone?

Actually, the catch is broken so I may end up not bringing it. Regardless, that's tradition. But they can count for gun hits if you want.
