What part of that say "nade" and not "lightsaber/shotgun"?

I think it's called imagination. They say that some sweat shop owners are bottling it and selling it to oil tycoons for millions.

Anywho, I don't think it'd work to well. From what I assume, the lightsaber wouldn't go off if you just dropped it, you'd actually need to grab it and push it.Which isn't a grenade. But this is just an assumption that its working at high pressures. If not, then sure, it should work dandy. As long as you figure out an autoleveling system that still maintains enough force to trip the nade. Or weights.. whatever.

You could always move it around a little. It's a really simple valve type, so it would be quite easy. The big part is, as Caddy mentioned, the fact that the force exerted by the ground on the grenade will have to be greater than the force you use to fire your darts. That's a fair bit.
