I'm okay with it not being here today, because otherwise I'd have an excuse not to prep for Saturday's War...

I still can't wait to go hang out with cheese-boy and play it.
Just so I can finally live the dream and kick that sorry plumber's ass with the most awesome blue Hedgehog ever.

It is a sit down game, you can use the Gamecube controllers, and there is no motion control.

The controls are pretty similar to SSBM.I need to buy it, once I get some cash. How are the controls? I heard you can use a Gamecube controller if you want to, which is nice.
I didn't preorder it at all, I went to target @ 8:00AM and picked it up. Then, I swung by the local Best buy to laugh at all the people in line (BB opens at 10:00AM) and I waved my game out of the window ^.^
Link's model is the one from Twilight Princess, so yeah it changed.

"Which road do I take?" she asked.
"Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Now I am without it...I was on spring break all last week and now I'm back in a dorm. I didn't bring it with me because I have exams this week.
Any Samus players out there who think they "nerfed" her? She just doesn't seem the same...
On the other hand I love Marth even more, now...it's much easier to get a longer combo with his side special.
And for those lame people who know nothing about Brawl, head over to the Dojo: smashbros.com

I got it. It is beautiful. Gameplay is as hectic as you'd expect it to be, and the smash ball isn't as annoying as it would seem. My friends and I picked it up today at target with no issues, then we went home and had a little experimental tournament.
This is really accurate. It's inaccurately to say that you don't use the controller for motion. You can control the game in four ways, GC controller, Wii Classic controller, Wiimote, or Wiimote + Nunchuck (I find it's the easiest). The game is hectic as anything, but still just as fun. I haven't had the chance to get my family in a big game since my sister and her 3 kids moved out today, but I gotta imagine the four player brawl is sweet.
A lot of the models did get a huge overhaul, and as for the motion control, if you tilt the Wiimote in the direction you're attacking, the attack lasts longer/does more damage. The smash ball effect is AWESOME. Already have Ness, working on getting more characters.

I need to read more topics like these, My favorites are snake and fox, i love snake's TOW rocket launcher, And fox's special attack when pressing left or right and holding B (I use a gamecube controller) is great for getting back on a platform if its a stage where you can fall off, Saved me a whole shizload of times, still working on the solo mode.

I've had infinite success with his final smash, but heard otherwise at school today.
Otherwise I like to jump around a bit so here are my favorites so far:
Ike
Link
Samus
What do you think of Zero Suit Samus? I'm not particularily enthralled, except for the fact that she's... enthralling to the eyes...
