BTG (Bob the Guru) and the RF100 have been done for some time. Now its pictures time.

This was to be painted by Direct Threat, but the extra area from the RF100 was too expensive. The gun is really light and easy to use. A high intimidation factor is good. I am dismantiling it tonight for further projects. So yeah I finished. I actually do 99% of all the stuff I say I do. The RF100 portion, 1 full mag, and 3 turret barrel sections with carrying case are up for grabs.

So, you make a thread, with pictures, just to show everyone that you aren't a pathological liar, then you're going to take it apart and sell the pieces?

That doesn't add up to me. When I make something, it's to make ME or my kids happy, and we thrash those puppies until they can be thrashed no longer. THEN we take them apart and make something else to thrash.

Oh, it's probably also because I don't try to tell every person on this forum board every little thing about Nerf, or try to show everyone that I can do things better/ faster/ further then everyone.

Slow down a bit, buckaroo. In the last seven weeks you claimed to be making + bows, working on your "special" breech, cut your fingers off, made this (to use one of VACC's expressions) HIDEOUS crossbow and RF100 that can't shoot 100 rounds, nearly blow yourself up with PVC homemade airtanks (which NO ONE SHOULD COPY), and hump DarkShrimp's leg, all in several weeks? You do that all to try to PROVE to us something?

You really keep busy.... maybe you should play more video games. That would minimize the amount of forum time you are here.

This probably one of my least favorite crossbows I have ever seen. First of all having a rapid fire 20 mounted on anything is pointless since they suck. Not to mention how front heavy this is going to be. Second the name is just gay. Hey I'm going to name my crossbow Jordan the guru because groove has a crossbow called guru, and I wanted to buy it off of him. He wouldn't give it to me so I said I was going to make my own; then everyone said that was lame so I decided to make something else that's even gayer.

I also don't think that the internals of that crossbow will be able to take the force of a full size bungee or did you replace all of the internals with aluminum you machined in your shop?

Someone call Crossbow Services quick! This one needs to be rescued!

First time I've LOLed on the boards.

GC, I don't understand you at all. First, you kiss Darkshrimp, and Groove's ass. Now you call out the FingPecan because your xbox 100(HOW DO YOU CONSIDER IT AN RF100!!??) is worse.

If you live near any of these guys, I hope you physically teach them a lesson, considering how cut you are.(nah I'm just kiding I won't go there).

I recomend painting it. then it might look good.

I think coupling the long range capabilities of the Crossbow with the rapid fire capabilities of the RF20 is a pretty good idea.

However, my concern is that the added weight of the RF20 would make the crossbow unwieldy and would tire a user during a long match. But if it works for you, go for it.

As to the name and all, you may want to go back to the drawing board on that one.

I start the match with the tank at 190psi (It is schedule 80)

Do you realize that 4in sch 80 pvc costs more than some HPA paintball tanks? At Mcmaster, just 4 ft of it costs 171 bucks.

Wow thats allot for some pvc...

There must be some variation in the PVC because I bought 4" PVC from my local ACE for less than a dollar a foot...the fittings, though, were a little expensive (most I ever spent on a tee or endcap) but not too bad.

At Mcmaster, just 4 ft of it costs 171 bucks.

I think you're looking at the wrong item. 5 feet of 4" size SCH80 or SCH40 PVC pipe is $33.96
5 feet of 3" size SCH40 or SCH80 PVC will be more affordable at $16.64

The total cost of making a PVC tank will depend on where you get your Pipe, Pipe Couplers, Pipe End Caps, Tube Fittings, Tubing, Regulator, Gauge, Check Valve, Bike Pump, and stem adapter for the bike pump. Mine cost $80 total to make.

An HPA setup will cost the following, but will give you WAY more capacity, be more compact, and weigh quite a bit less.
Pure Energy 48ci 3000psi tank: $58
Centerflag Doolie Low Pressure: $64
Clippard MAR-1P 0-100psi regulator: $16 shipped
Pressure Gauge + Tubing: $20

Details on that here: http://nerfhaven.com...?showtopic=8632

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Long range with close support functionality sounds like a good idea.

This may not have been the best execution of said idea.

Last picture, the plant looks sad, tell your mom to water it.
