This is just inferring, but I believe it was the bandsaw in his workshop. Or something similar.

Correct it was the band saw.

I thought your lancer was pretty sweet looking so i decided to try and make one myself. I guess the chainsaw you used in the original has now been discontinued so I had to shoehorn a black and decker one onto the longshot but it seems to go together alright. After one day of cutting and grinding and smoothing this is where i'm at.

Still need to add the lexan spacers and shroud to move the chain saw down and to the front and to cover the top of the blade. And it looks like I'm gonna have to trim the bottom of the saw to make room for the clip.

While your original design was pretty sweet there were a few things I thought it needed. Like a grip on the left side when using the chainsaw or an illuminated targeting reticle. I think I've figured out how to illuminate the targeting reticle with an led but the side grip might be a little hard to integrate. I'm also planning on adding some red led's so I can switch the gun from COG to Locust.

I only have to work on it one day a week so I'll post more pics as I get them.
