Today i started to run around with my reactor and realized how crappy it was.
Does anyone have a mod or a write up?? no I do not want my reactor to shoot darts, yes i searched google and the site foe over 2 hours and i could find nothing.

If someone could help me out i would appriciate it.

Ball guns and sucking go hand in hand (Unless you’re Carbon, or Baghead...). There's nothing you can do that increases the range (if you can, then it'll only be by maybe a foot). The Buzz saw is the way to go for today's ball guns. If you do a full auto mod, and extend the hopper, then the thing is not only fun, but kinda scary.

Wish i had gotten the buzz at the store today...oh well i guess ill pick it up in the future.

Return the reactor and buy a buzz saw. Or you could put a titan in the case like Uterly did.

Well, considering that the reactor has no air restrictors, the only probable mod you could do would maybe be too put in a bigger spring, but don't listen to me because i have no experience with the reactor.

The spring has absoulutly nothing to do with the firing basically it is pushed forward then pulled back. When it is pulled back the air pressure increases and it comes to a point that the ball shoots out. I've only thought of 2 ways to mod it. coverup some of the air holes on the part that pushs the air out, that might focus the blast and get more power out of it. the other way was to add more resistance like electrical tape onto the end.

Well, I just got a reactor and I wasn't too sure about what to do.
So, I just opened up the gun and I wrapped electric tape around some part (I forgot which part though ). This didn't too much, but it added about 5 feet because of an air tight seal.

Their are ARs in the Reactor, in the front and back.

I took care of those on mine. Maybe a 5 foot increase.

So I had a similar problem. It is a truly a useless gun.
Here is how the gun works.
There is the spring which holds the balls forward. When you draw back it is a simple mechanism of a tube with a cap at the end. It draws air into the tube and then when you force it forward it fires the ball.
So there is really nothing you can do to improve this.

I just got a huge idea!!! Im gunna make a shotgun out of it!!! Perhaps even a rifle .

The titan didn't really work since there was so much dead space, but the shell of the reactor is really useful for housing the titan air tank. See this Thread
