Honestly, for pistol rounds (outdoors), I'd go for a NF with basic mods (coupler, spring replacement, etc). With a speedloader, you can achieve OK ROF, but ROF doesn't matter as much outdoors, as if you're reloading, you can always find a clear area to run to where you'll be safe, at least for a few seconds....
