Writeup is in progress right now, just some minor updates: I completed the second version of the clip, which has a few improvements over the first barrel system, but a few new things that didn't work out so well. I'm working on my third clip right now, which is the one that will be included in the writeup- it's about 1/2 done, but since it takes 12 hours for the glue I use to properly dry, and the last step is the glue, it will probably be wed. that I'll be able to post a writeup. I cannot thank Cx enough for his constant pushing to use JB weld, it works wonders beyond all comprehension. So thanks Cxwq.
Anyways, the white barrel is the second barrel version, the third one will be returning to the sch80pvc/17/32 brass combo, because the 3 layers of brass I tried on the second version didn't turn out so hot. It still works, just the action isn't as smooth.

To answer the AT2k paint question: my friend wanted to do a presentation on how to mod an AT2k for his speech class, and asked me to trick out an AT2k for him. So I attached all the little doo-hickies that macho kids like, such as scopes and laser sights and whatnot. So then I painted it; when he was done with the presentation, I just ripped everything off of it, which left multiple holes in the paint. The poor paintjob is also due to me trying to paint with a nearly empty can of spraypaint at 10pm at night before his presentation, since I "forgot" about it until that time. Spraypainting tip: Don't drop a newly painted gun in the grass, and even worse, don't drop it in woodchips.
So far, I have nearly no problems with the barrel system thus far- the only gripe I have had since switching to JB weld, which I now love, is that occasionally when the last dart is being loaded the bolt will hit the little platform beneath it. However, nothing that a little sandpaper won't solve. It'll be solved in time for the writeup of course.
