VACC commissioned me to figure out how to make a modular 3K integration that could be attached to the integration rails on the +Bow. With the Airtech 3000 he provided I took a ton of measurements and worked out how best to reduce the over-all size of the internals in order to minimize it, without removing the auto-advancing turret mechanism.

The piece on the pump that advances the turret had to be relocated. The length of its stroke was different from that of the pump, so tracks had to be cut in the side of the shell and in the pump slide.

The pump is allowed to slide forward and back. At either end of its stroke, the pump pushes the advancing piece to each end of its track. The pump slide is further stabilized by the black lip pieces added to the edges of the slide arms.


The unit can be attached to a +Bow using threaded rods, or quick-release pins.

The trigger rod of the 3K will be attached to the lower half of this double trigger that replaces the normal +Bow trigger.

The finished unit with 4-inch barrels and a bungee'd ramrod. Total length is 10 inches.

This took three months of off-and-on tinkering to complete.

And before anyone asks, no I do not want to make another one of these. And no I probably won't make any templates or plans available because making one of these involves some very tight tolerances between many moving parts.

Wow, Slug! Just WOW! You've really outdone yourself. The tandem trigger is just...phenomenal. And the whole package is just so compact. How much front weight does it add to the blaster? I guess with your hand resting on the pump grip it shouldn't feel unbalanced at all.

NICE WORK! I hope I get a chance to see this at DCNO (crossing fingers in hopes that I can make it this year).

Sweet Jesus. that is rediculus. I am in complete and utter awe of that monstrosity. As if VACC need anything else to pwn n00bs with. Does the attatchment system feel secure? It seems like it could be damaged if handled roughly. Again, Mad Fucking Props.

Whatever VACC paid for this commision, it had to be worth it. Its looks badass just sitting there not doing anything. Imagine what its going to look like firing at your ass!

I hope you have some agreement with VACC that he's not allowed to shoot you with it since you made it for him.

Yeah. Three threaded rods is plenty for holding this in place.

Feels the same as a stock 3K, only the grip is much wider.

Congratulations to both of you on an excellent modification. Just out of curiosity are there any aesthetic plans for the blaster in the future like paint or decals? Personally I like the current lean and mean look.

And here's a barrel spacer template. Place on a page and resize to 2.375" in width.

Drill the center 1/4" then super glue onto the stock barrel stabilizing piece. You'll obviously have to drill the barrel holes to match the OD of your barrel material.

On topic: I really, really, really like that. Maybe you should make one for something like a lnl or a nf. Or make an attachment for a camera or something to see war footage. I don't know, I am just brainstorming.
