I have been busy modding and making writeups(my second writeup today) so I hope you enjoy it.

Supplies
hot glue gun
industrial spring or some stock spring
another stock spring
5/8" drill bit
drill
etape
cpvc
hacksaw

First cut a piece of cpvc as long as or a little longer as the stock barrel.
Posted Image

Now take the end piece and drill through it.
Posted Image

Then slide it on the cpvc and it should be an extremely tight fit. Leave a little bit sticking out from the end.
Posted Image

Now wrap some etape around the bottom so it fits nicely in the plunger tube.
Posted Image

Now take another spring and wrap it together with the lsfg spring.
Posted Image

Then cut off 1 or 2 coils from each one. I don't have a picture.

Now measure inside the case so that the catch mechanism and the industrial spring have constant force. Then cut it to that length.
Posted Image

Here is how it all should look. (I was testing the rest of the industrial spring and it got less range than two combined springs but that was most likely from something wrong inside it. Trim down the long plastic piece on the priming handle so it doesn't get in the way of the spring.
Posted Image

Now put your gun back together and now you are done.
I don't have ranges yet but will hopefully will tomorrow.

As you can see my camera is fixed. ;)

You might have an issue with longevity.

And by the looks of it, that is one heavy trigger.

Otherwise, not bad. ;)

I don't mind the longevity thing because people sell their front guns because they don't like them. And yes the trigger is very heavy. I did that to make sure that it would catch when I cocked it.

Good idea with the spring under the catch. Why didn't I think of that...

Don't worry anyone could have thought of it but I was the one who went out and did it. I thought of it when the stock little spring wouldn't catch from the powerful new spring combination. I had first tried filling the old catch spring with hot glue, it somewhat held. Then I realized I could do this.

Nicely done. Now I can actually make one of these usable. I'm going to go get to work.

what size cpvc is that i broke the the bottom where the o-ring was drilling out the air restrictor, now one won't stay i had already nested a crayola barrel so i will probably just use the electrical tape the bottom

Um, please don't quote the whole writeup to ask a simple question.

Also, it wouldn't kill you to toss in some capitalization and punctuation.

Very nice job. Might have to go find some small industrial springs now.

Sorry to be a necromancer here, but can you please update the pictures? Sorry, I'm not the best modder yet, so I don't yet know the internals of a LSFG. Yes, I looked on the Internals Directory, but it's not the best when trying to do this mod.
