Here is my take on the Absolver. 3" of 1-1/2" PVC over the stock barrel, then a coupler on top of that. Yeah, I can only take four barrels, but hey- it gets more range than the others quadruple barrel mod. Besides, with the coupler, I can make a seven barrel attachment.

I added a byonet in front, and did the chamber mod.
I know you were probably just adding a bayonet for kicks, but...Why?. The maverick isn't nearly long enough for that sort of thing. I did it to a rapid fire rifle a while back, and it looked pretty cool. My point is- uhh...

The other day, my sister was using a parafin wax oil treatment thing, and it hit me. Why not seal my darts with wax? I just had to test it.
While it took a few seconds longer to dry, and it will deform a tad if you hit something hard. Besides that, they are perfect. The parafin wax I used was less than half the density of hot glue, and much smoother, so there was very little air resistance. Tested against one of my normal stefans, the wax darts caonstantly got 15-20 feet better ranges.
Not very durable, but I'll use them as loser darts.

For those with Dual Core processors do keep in mind that you can either install the SMP client, or if you can't get that to work you can install two copies of the single core client in two separate folders and run both at the same time as services. This will utilize the whole processor rather than just half of it. And for some hardware configurations it will even net a higher points-per-day average than a single install of the SMP client.
I don't do a whole lot with my computer. I'm trying to get a copy of F@H on both of my cores, but I'm not sure how to change my machine ID. How does that work?

I just hooked up 3 machines, one of them being an AMD 5600+ with 3 gigs of RAM. In the first two minutes, it powered through 4/500 parts. It's been working on that 5th for over an hour now. One of the older computers is on 4/150 right now. I shouldn't have installed the graphical.
I'm getting another 2 machines on it tomorrow, I believe.

To change your machine ID you have to either answer "yes" to "do you want to change the advanced options?" or edit the appropriate client.cfg file section.
machineid=1is in that file. Just set one of the copies tomachineid=2then restart that copy of the client
Machine ID wasn't under my advanced options. I opened the CFG file under notepad, and changed the 1 to a 2.
I hit save, and it told me 'Cannot create the C:/Program Files/Folding@Home/client.cfg file- make sure that the path and file name are correct.'
What do I do about that?

Springs are at ACE, Home Depot and even occasionally Lowes.
I think it should be noted that our NF springs are not always #49. On my way through Pennsylvania, I stopped at an ACE, and the only spring even close was labeled as #54. #49 was a tension spring.

I spent ~$35 on, for the most part, pre-arranged deals.
I am also in posession of the EaB shell Dean ran over. Shorty tried to throw it away.

Capture the Flag was eventful, seeing as Shorty used his carbine, I breech loaded my LS, and there were about 6 crossbows. Dean got hit multiple times by Badger's Ultimator.
Also, I bought the 4th original nerfStrong. I'm pretty sure Groove didn't sell all of 'em.
For my first DCNO, I really liked the labyrith.

Like raw shrimp, I got the blue SM3K at a young age. I later got a 1st edition nf, and an sspb. I was given an at2k as a gift.
I threw it out. Not being a modder yet, I thought it was broken.
For the next five years, I didn't touch nerf.
Over this past year, nerf has taken me back by storm. I've spent over $700 on blasters, and another ~$100 on homemades. Wallet diddle.
I <3 nerf so much now. If I'm away from a blaster for more than a few weeks, I go into 'withdrawl.'
I need another fucking hobby.
