The reason I like the RF20 so much is because I love my PC so much. I know range on these guns is less than desirable but range isn't my biggest concern. I play in tight areas and ROF is much more important to me. The auto mode on the RF20 is sweet because you can burst fire effectively (something the PC lacks).

The thrift store I am talking about is called "America's Thrift Store" it's a chain thrift store and if one's in your area it's worth checking out. The two I've been two are the size of a walmart with plenty to look through. My main one is on my way from school so I drop in once a week. I wish I could remember all the sweet deals I have found there, because there are many. Well just a few.

These are the prices I bought my guns for, no I'm not selling them.

Powerclip $2.50
Nightfinder $0.15 (I have 3)
Scout $0.15
Tornado $0.99 (with one ring)
Nerf 10 Dart Tag Gun $0.59 (I have 3)
Titan (no missle) $0.25
RF20 $1.48
BBB $0.99
Atom Blaster $0.25 (why not?)
Old Dart Tag guns (Shoots megas) $0.15 (I've bought 4)

There have been other deals but these are the ones that I can verify. Most of these came without ammo, but still were amazing deals. In fact the only gun I have ever purchased new is my Mav, for some "odd" reason those never show up in thrift stores around here.

Thanks for all the info, my local Toys R Us stores haven't ever had this gun when I was there. So I had no idea it was very common, sorry. I bought this gun for $1.48 so once again, I love thrift stores. This deal isn't as good as my titan for a quarter, but it's close.

seriously, Monkey, I was only saying that what I thought was coming with something new. I don't know how that came across as being a "douche". But hey I'm new, so I guess that is enough to piss off some people.

Pool noodle darts have been around for a while. The ones I remember offhand were Baghead's, who used Plasti-Dip to seal the end and increase weight. Do a search for "pool noodle" (use the quotes).

carbon, you are right. Wow, I thought I checked for this but couldn't find anything. Just when I thought I was being original.

Good ideas. How will you do the fins?

I don't plan to. I hope it won't be needed. Fins are finicky and brake off too easily to worry about. But who knows, maybe I'll change my mind in the future.
