Worker cage issue

10 January 2019 - 03:27 AM

Hi, Ive installed xsw auto kit into an orange stryfe and a cantilevered cage (sorry I cant remember what model Ive had it about a year, its silver). The flywheels are workers, blue with a diamond pattern. The issue Im having is that it wont pull the darts through. If you push the dart into the flywheels it shoots them out just fine but it seems the gap between the wheels and the front of the dart (only talking a mill or two) is big enough that once the dart is pushed by the xsw pusher rode, its not enough to engage.

Im using the recommended flywheels but to my very untrained eye they look like they just might be too small.

Anyone any ideas as to what Ive done wrong? Ive ordered a larger set of wheels.

Cheers

XSW auto kit with Stefan Darts

23 March 2018 - 09:28 AM

Hi,

I'm looking to buy an extended pushrod that will work with the XSW auto kit, so that I can use Stefan darts in a Stryfe?

Does anyone know of a company selling one?

Cheers

Wiring Diagram for XSW Kit on 2 switch Stryfe

27 February 2018 - 05:15 AM

Hi All,

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a Stryfe with 2 switches running a XSW auto kit. Not a link to MBT video on Youtube, I've seen that.

If anyone has one or could point me to a link to one, that would be great.

many thanks

Dan

Worker Diamond Flywheel Install

12 February 2018 - 06:55 AM

Hi All,

I'm having real trouble getting the blue diamond cut worker flywheels onto a set of Extreme XP Pro 180s. I've tried pushing them on by hand but ended up pushing the motor shaft and brushes out the back of the motor housing, repaired that. So then I tried hot water on the rubber inserts to soften them but still no luck. I just wondered if anyone had any ideas, I've not had this problem before but these are the first diamond cut flywheels I've used and their going into a cantilevered cage.

My only other idea is to try and use a g clamp and wined it down very slowly to push them on but should I really be needing to apply that much force?

Ammo Counter

09 March 2016 - 07:31 AM

Hi All,

I have read all the posts I can find relating to ammo counter and most of them are rather old or relate to home made ones.

My question is, other than the Blaster Parts ammo counter which is no longer on sale, does anyone know if there's any other companies making these?

I can't find anything but I'm new to this and I thought that one of you guys may know of a company that builds and sells them.

I hope that I've posted this question is the appropriate place and manner.

Cheers
