Happened to me the other day, make sure that the piston is correctly in (there is an up and a down). If that doesn't work, try just taking it all apart again, and putting it back together (that was what worked for me)

A real, deadly, gun design on a nerf forum?

This is the OFF TOPIC section. Make sure the catch spring is strong... I've been shot by a .22 short becaue some idiot dropped their gun.
