I'll have to look in Lowes, since I don't think that there are any ACEs or Do It Bests in Canada.

They do make grommets that large that you can get at ACE, at least. I used to use grommets on all of my homemades, now I use skirts. The ones that I used are 1 1/4in., but that is not the actual OD. It's the size hole that it fits into. Put a 3/4in. washer in the middle, and two 1in. washers on the outside, and really crank it down. The seal great, but not as good as a skirt.

Anyway, great writeup. It reminds me of LT.'s Reconbow, this just has a bigger plunger tube, and shoots farther.

This has got to be one of the ugliest damn things I've ever seen... However if you can take a hunter and give it 50+ ranges that in its self is impressive. Ive seen the SBK at a store near me, but i did some research and didn't think it was worth picking up, but it seems to have decent ranges. Overall good job. Have you tried a longer barrel for the SBK?

Ya, it is pretty ugly, but after you paint it it looks a little bit better (I'll get a pic up soon). I have tried longer barrels on the SBK, but the 6in. barrels get the best ranges, and for an 8 dollar gun, I'm happy with it!

Next time try and get less blurry pictures, also take the pictures farther away so we know where your talking about. Great job!

As I mentioned at the begining of the writeup, the writeup is a collectin of my posts over at Nrev, all spaced months apart. At first it was my second writeup, so I wasn't good at taking pictures yet, but they got better as I went on thanks to Shmee.

Props on the creativity, I didn't have much hope for a mod named after a COD killstreak. Keep up the good work!

I was bored yesterday when I came home from an airsoft war, and I decided my Nite'n Load needed some love, so I made it shoot a lot farther, smoothed it out with bondo, and gave it a great new paintjob.

It gets right around 50ft. flat with slugs and a little over 60ft. with glue domes.

I had to figure out how to seperat the metal catch place into to pices so that I could make it 6in. shorter than my original.

The seal isn't perfect because I screwed up the T way back in December when I mad the original. The range is 80ft.+ with glue domes, and around 70ft. with slugs. I may make a writeup (for the contest), but I'm not sure yet.
