While browsing though On Demand on comcast, I went and looked at a few videos and stumbled upon this picture I took. It is indeed a guy wearing Nightmare Master Chief armor holding the full longshot that has been spray-painted.

What section was it in because that picture has a bad glare?

It's under the cutting edge, then go to G4TV, and look under the Halo 3 special and scroll to Halo 3 armor it pops up in the video like 3-4 times.
