Hey, Check it......
Some other changes are its a small hole (screw holes) B mold with an old style plunger head. Also there is some kind of small capacitor or something on wiring between trigger pressure switch and batteries. Best part is the new battery cap with a screw that isn't as likely to strip out. What do you guys think? and are they around your area yet? Posted Image Cool, Later Mod

Where did you find this? (State and store) Some of the features could prove to be useful, but I think the colors are crap. Oh, well that's what spray paint is for!

They've got 'em in Houston, Texas, at Fry's Electronics and Target, at least.

That little capacitor looking thing on the switch is actually a fuse. It's really small and easy to burn out. I cuz out the LED on mine and replaced it with a really powerful pocket laser from OfficeMax and it blew the fuse in a minute. but it's worthless cuz i cut it out and re-soldered the wires and it works great. That was actually a really cool mod, I should do a write up...

The fuse was just another retarded safety feature added by Hasbro.

Does this mean that it wil be able to handle a stronger spring without reinforcement? Because I'm picking two up today, and planning on using the ace 49.
And those colors are wack. I miss the old N-strike series colors.

A number 49 from Tru-Value works also, in case you have one of those near you.

What is the best way to go at removing a stump without any power tools? Thanks ahead of time!

It limits the maximum current draw on the batteries to prevent them from being damaged. Like if the gun got wet and shorted out at the light unit.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?
