Heres the materials...In paint form!
Essentially, you take one of those plastic eggs you can get at easter time, and you stick a spring (About the size of a maverick spring) and mini stephans in it. I put an elastic around it when I'm not about to throw it, 'cause if it explodes when you're carrying it, it scares the jibblies out of you. It took me quite a few tries for me to stick the spring in it with out it exploding in my face, so no worries if you can't get it the first few tries.

Now then time to make some grenades....
What kind of springs can I use apart from that huge maverick spring?

For grenades, I find using those little containers that you get crappy toys in at supermarkets and bowling alleys work well.
I also think that grenadiers are as useless as snlpers.

Kinder surprises are illegal in the US because the prizes aren't edible.
Hahahaha fucking retards.
Anyway look up "Anzac Nades" either here or NHQ.
Film canisters + elastic bands = win.

Just for the record, I've tried those kinder suprise things. you can fit like 2 mini stefans in it. I ment these. As for the Anzac Nades, I forgot about those, but don't they only work with bbs? What's the blast radius? The eggs get about a 12 foot spread, and they go about 3 feet high.
As long as you got some weight in them, they'll do 12' easy.
People just use BBs because they're small and heavy, so you get a long and wide spread because you can fit so many.
