Does anyone know anything about what kind nerf guns are going to be released in 2008 and also why do most people on NH spell S*N*I*P*E*R like that or with periods? Sorry if these are stupid newbie questions.

The return of the X-bow will come in 2008. Ultimators will also become widely available.

We have inside sources that will post as soon as they get the news. OMC even has a friend noted in designing several guns and systems, unless I am mistaken. It's not worth speculating, because you will be let down all to often. Just wait for official news.

The word snіper is censored because NerfHaven was founded with the belief that there is no losing in Nerf. It leads to boring standoffs, which is not what this hobby is about. (The censor doesn't work on me because I have no soul.)

Actually, the X-bow is going to be released as a special offer in time for christmas, I think the press release said late November. KB Toys signed an exclusive deal that will let them sell with a re-release of the Razorbeast also. Everyone else will have to sell them separately instead of as a 2-pack.

That's going to be a really big box.

I haven't heard anything about the Ultimator though, but I guess that makes sense since it's from Mattel instead of Hasbro.

Uh-oh, I think I wish that was true just so we can get them for Christmas. Grab a Razorbeast and a bunch of X-Bows, build up the arsenal. I've actually got some projects I've been thinking about for the X-Bow for a while, too bad it's all sarcasm.

I do, but it WOULD be good if they re-released it. I've been working on some new mods lately and stumbled upon an idea that popped into my head, but i won't say too much until I actually get to work. I'm kinda backed up on mods and other crap right now, but my grandmother works at Goodwill and gets me old guns regularly, so maybe some guy who thinks he's too old for the awesomness of Nerf will donate his X-bow.

Although in the past they havent been so great. My theory is that the N Strike line will have some sort of a chain fed rifle. And something similar to the Sneak Shot. It seams like the N Strike line is more high tech type of a line. While the Dart Tag line is made up of fast shooting fun to use guns. I honestly dont know what will come out for the DT line. But I highly doubt that they would come out with an automadic for the N Strike line. And if they did it would be unique it would have to be clip fed or gravity fed. My other theory is that within 2 years the DT line will grow almost as large as the NS line and a new line will come out to replace the NS line.
