So I havent been here for about 8 months, but there is a reason for that, so basically i just finished my homemade gun. So I worked with my dad and his friend on this, they are both mechanical engineers.

We made a semiauto homemade. It uses a spring and a pressure system. The pump attached to the top (some mini electronic pump i found on ebay, its also pretty quiet) so it pumps up a pressure chamber and it cocks the spring back, it uses a lot of pressure and it cocks it pretty quickley, due to an amazing valve my dads friend that my dads friend got. So you click the trigger once and and it releases the air into the chamber that cocks it and again to release the plunger. It shoots about 90ft and about 2 shots a second. So it costed me about 150 dollars, but i believe it is totally worth it. Ill have pictures and a video up later, its drying from the paint i just put on it, call bs, but ill have to prove you wrong, cuz i kno thats what people like to do here.

Makes sense to me. It's just totally backwards from what I'm doing, but it is mechanically simpler.

Actually sounds really cool. It just gave me an idea for something really complicated using a pnuematic actuator to push back a pump or plunger.

Cool. what type of mag do you use, and any more info on the valve, such as where can we get one?
