Yesterday, my friend's little brother asked me if I could mod his NF and his Ssbp to shoot taggers. Seeing as all I would be doing was simple barrel replacements, I agreed. Then, I remembered that some people had put Sspbs into their NFs, both horizontaly and vertically. After looking at those, I decided I wanted to change it a bit, becuase I did not like where the button to fire the Ssbp came out. After a little work, this is what I had.

Can't see where the Sspb is fired from?(It's not that grey dot.) Take a look at the next picture.

And...

So, theres my creative boost for now, there might be another coming soon...
Comments?

Edit: Pics fixed, it looks like photobucket has changed some stuff, so it's just links for now.

You need to fix your image tags, but it looks good. Is the wire long enough that you can fire the NF without firing the SSPB? If not, could you adjust it slightly to allow that? I've always thought of the integrated SSPB more as a weapon of last resort if you get caught reloading or out of ammo, and less of a second shot.

Truly sick. I agree with Telekinetic though, it would be ideal if you could have the SSPB primed and fire it independently of the NF. Perhaps it already does this. Awesome work!

No, they both fire at the same time, but I haven't given this back to it's owner yet, so I might try some different lengths of wire now, to see what I can do. The Sspb is more of a second shot for this gun because this will fire taggers, so the guns have about the same range.

Now that is badass.

I like the K'nex piece! This is some fine, creative work. Getting triggers to sync in integrations is always a hard thing to do.

Sadly, no. Like I said in my first post, this is for my friend's little brother. Although, it's starting to grow on me, I might have to go get an extra NF and SSPB.

Um, didn't he say that he did this for friends brother?

Anyway, that is awsome. I'll probably go pick up an NF for this.(And make my sspb useful) Another idea would be to add this to a ppked nf, but that would be alot more complicated.

Also, I started this before nerf turtle replied.

So you see a penguin walking down the street. Looks harmless right, so you keep on walking past him. You turn around to seem him walk away, only to find yourself staring down the barrel of a .38 revolver.

Wait, what? What benefit could their possibly be to cutting away the part of the case the SSPB gets added to?

I'm actually thinking of gutting a PPK and putting the SSPB in it by itself for two reasons:

1. SSPB's are extremely accurate and have great range.

2. It's really difficult to fire an SSPB accurately with the configuration of the trigger.

I don't know why but i like air powered guns way more than springers.

I really like that configuration. But if it were me I would have made it so the sspb fires on it's own.

I wonder if anyone realizes that if you either-
1. Hold the plunger, or
2. Don't cock the NF
you can get the SSPB to fire on its own.
We should stop calling out/making fun of/pissing GC off. He's actually contributed and is available for trade. He's a better than average member no doubt. Got your back Cole.

Everyone realizes that. It's that you can't fire the NF without also firing the SSPB, and you typically wouldn't want to, since the ROF on a SSPB is so much lower than on an NF.

And you could make it so the NF fires before the SSPB, by making the wire longer. I do belive that would work.

Telekinetic: Ithought of maybe seperating the pump and the barrel, connecting them with vynil tubing, placing the sspb barrel under the nf's, and the pump under the trigger. But it is just an idea.

Can you use the NF plunger handle on the SSPB pump?

No shit buddy - that's what everybody has been saying.....

Nice mod Nerfturtle! I might pick up a new NF and SSPB because of this. I did the old 'vertical' SSPB integration on an NF for someone else but I wasn't a big fan of the button either.
