Well thanks for all your help again, but I am going to make my website in tables to fit the screen (well most likely). How wide do my images have to be? Because I don't want any of my images to be stretched when on different resolutions.

Um, you can't get an image to fit equally well in multiple resolutions with a liquid layout without stretching.
