3dbbq the guns that i have seen u make are very intresting. i would like to know how u made the ammo with the weight. as well as the guns i am new to nerf and am very intrested in it. i am starting to make my first homemade gun and i thought of a loser...?

i this a good gun to start off with?i thought it would be the same as making a normal gun just with a longer barrel and a scope(u need that )

This thread was dead, until both of your brought it back... expecting a reply to your questions. That, is not a good thing. To answer one question, it is a bycicle pump.

About your loser plans, how many homemades have you made? And second, you can't make your own scope, you have to improvise. Thirdly, homemades are not allowed at most Nerf Wars, so making one is mostly for your enjoyment, and experiments. I'd like to see your plans for this "loser rifle" you have coming along... I'd like to see what you think would be appropriate materials, and construction methods.

I have nothing against bringing back old threads if you have a valid question to ask or something to contribute. It's better than making a new thread to ask a question about an old thread, now isn't it?

As far as I know it's not a bike pump, I believe he mentioned previously that it was canabalized from something else.

Isn't making your own scope improvising?

Homemades are allowed at all wars that I know of other than mine.

I thought he was using a Basketball pump because they are so small... and sexy? Another thing is what fun would nerf wars be without homemades. Many people can't get there hands on old guns, and many of the new guns are expensive. Even a simple ball valve gun saves you 15 bucks from buying a brand new nerf gun. Not that nerf guns arn't worth the money (RF20 *drool*).
