I'm actually kinda disappointed by the pictures....not as good as I would have hoped. Oh well, it was still awesome.

For me (since it has taken me so long to get on here), highlights were....realizing that I don't like using pump guns anymore, and that I think I will just use a NF or Falcons quadded NF for the rest of the wars, until I find something else I like.

And also getting so many barrel taps in once we got to the new location (which, yes, I think is better than the old one, including Cullen).

Whoever the douche bag was that had the "I (crossbow) you nerf warrior" shirt, if I hear you talk like that about my girlfriend again, I will not hesitate to make you hurt. And this goes to all the East Coast nerfers. Shut your fucking mouths when your over here on the West Coast, and want to talk shit about West Coasters. YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY US. Some one is bound to hear, and most of us are friends. Saying thing like, "Where's that ugly chick the Falcon was dating?" Is not advisable. I'm not saying you should know who's dating who, but just watch how you phrase things. I would have been glad to give you the same information, and I wouldn't have to want to waffle stomp your nuts for it (can you tell I'm protective? Yea, I thought so).

And whoever the bastard was that slammed my iPod onto the table just cuz it was annoying you, you're lucky. If it had been broken, I would have made you get me a new one. Again, be aware of where you are and who's around. I'm standing right there, and you take the iPod out and slam in on the table. Bad idea man..

In general, my opinion of the East coasters is shit. There are a few cool guys (OMC being one of them), but in my opinion, the rest of you are pompous, arrogant, pretentious, mother fucking sons of a monkey whore.

So get the fuck over yourselves, and have fun. They're fucking toy guns, and only a small community of people even give a fuck.

(I realize this might be considered a pointless flame, and some people that I am talking to in this edit may be admins, but I really don't care. Do what you will, it's not like I can't find out what's happening on here anyways).

I regret if any of my fellow travelers did/said anything disrespectful. I do remember Tyler asking about if Falcon was dating the same girl, but I certainly don't recall any nasty comments. Knowing Tyler (kuhlscrank) though, I can assure you it was only meant as a jab at Falcon and no honest disrespect was meant to you or to her. As far as the shirt goes, I maintain that that was a pretty funny design (in fact I was the one to come up with it). Again no disrespect was meant. There will be no waffle stomping of anyone's nuts necessary. You do raise an excellent point though. ....Although, being surrounded by a bunch of west coasters isn't really all that intimidating unless they are from Compton (teehee). I heart all of you out there, minus one or 2 black knights I know were not taking hits and calling non-hits.

I know nothing about any ipod slamming. If that was one of my guys (I'm guessing RAMBO if it was us by your description of what happened) you can rest assured that we will deal with that problem swiftly. If it was in fact a west coaster, then he's all yours.

VACC said something about Spoon's mom and they decided to settle it via foam warfare. Since then, we East Coasters have been traveling thousands of miles to lay the smack down each summer, continuing the tradition.



In closing, again I want to apologize for any out of line behavior from my group. While I cannot personally be involved in everything, I would like to believe we all can be civilized when together. As far as taking ourselves seriously, what would you expect from 4 guys who show up in matching shirts emblazoned with a giant MOTHER FUCKER on the front?

Joe Squatch, I hope we can smooth this all over. I really do hope a few short comings did not completely taint your experience. I don't mind being labeled a pompous prick, but I am at least nice about it. Last time, no hard feelings my friend. See you next year to rectify this and any other unresolved issues.

I remember very clearly that he said something rude, though I don't remember exactly what. I remember it so well because of the long awkward pause after he said it, and I asked, "You mean my girlfriend." Who ever it was that actually had the shirt is who it was, I just don't remember his name.

I agree, the shirt was kinda funny. Unnecessary, yes, but the shirt in itself I had no problem with. I dunno about Falcon, but that wasn't my problem.

It isn't so much that being surrounded my West Coasters would be intimidating, it's just that it's rude. Only asking for a little consideration, that's all. I'm always of the opinion that if you're gonna say something, make sure you're willing to say it to their face. Cuz if I remember right, it was ME that let Falcon know that you guys didn't like the area, and that we should go somewhere else. Maybe you guys were going to tell him, I dunno, but you hadn't, so I got the ball rolling on changing locations.

It doesn't surprise me that you don't know anything about it, because he was talking to a lady during one of the CTF rounds (she had a couple kids, if I remember right), and I was over at the tables changing guns. He was there talking, and got annoyed by the music. I didn't recognize him, though I know that doesn't automatically make him an East Coaster.

The whole experience was not ruined by this, just my opinion of a lot of the East Coasters. I won't stop nerfing because of it, and I look forward to seeing you guys next year.

I appreciate that. It's nice to hear that you weren't serious in the things you said. I guess it was just a case of me not knowing the people who are talking. Just so you know, though, if you see her next year at the war, don't apologize to her, cuz I haven't said anything about it to her. Figured it wouldn't be wise to tell her about insulting things other people have said. Especially now that you've apologized and good cheer has returned (though I'd still like to know who was messing with my iPod...)

Anyways, the war was really fun, and it was great to see everyone again, and meet some new faces. Definately a lot of firsts had at this nerf war, which was rather entertaining.

It makes me sad that people honestly got mad at eachother during a nerf war, but eh, I guess I was pretty pissed from time to time too. L2counthitsplz. It also could have been the rum, who knows?

I've been meaning to do a nice little bullet set of highlights, but I keep getting distracted.

I'll get aroudn to it, my bagel just came out of the toaster, ciao.

Squatch - I know I was getting annoyed by the music you had playing. While I generally try not to be a dick to people because I don't like their music(occasionally I completely disregard this rule if someone is listening to someone like Good Charlotte, etc.), I may have been getting a little worked up because it was so hot, and I was so tired. I apologize for that. With regards to 'slamming' your iPod, I can't say for sure one way or the other, but one thing I respect more than people's musical tastes is there electronics. I don't want to make any assumptions here, but is it possible that I just took it out of the speakers and set it on the table, and perhaps because you were worked up over all the girlfriend comments you are misrecalling it? I apologize if this is not the case, but some tool once pushed my backpack off a lunch table, breaking the screen on my $400 Treo. SInce then, I rarely touch people's electronics without permission, much less be rough with them.

In the event that I am misrecalling I humbly apologize and I hope that we can forget this in future years.

It's possible that it just sounded like slamming cuz it was on an aluminum table and it was something that I figure to be a little delicate. So yes, I could have misinterpreted that, and either way, your apology's accepted.

hmm...Big guy. Was wearing the shirt that said "Are you my type?" on the front....used a 2k for the first part of the day, then switched to a NF, and then a quaded NF later....sorry, dunno how else to describe myself. I played with the East coasters in the first round, when it was supposed to be the East coast group crowd vs everyone else, but the teams were way uneven.
