Inside the barrels on the AT2k and the AT3k there are small poles that u slide the dart over. I am going to replace the barrels but i dont have enough money right now, so i am looking for other ways to mod it. If I ripped the pole out would the range be increased?

It should, that and pull out the pump, look at the back of it...see that little hole, plug it up with something, that should help some.
