I just recently modded my titan, but I did not plug the overpressure valve.
I think I am going to soon; however, I am worried about breaking it by accidentally pumping too much.

After plugging the valve, how many times should I pump it for optimal distance/power without destroying something inside my titan?

To break it you would have to get ALOT of pressure in that tank. I plugged the pump and normally pump it up about 20 times and I'm getting 100-200 foot ranges with a 2 and a half foot barrel and coupler.

I can eaisily put 25 pumps into my titian.

Well, it depends on what you plan to fire. For micros, mine (pumped 20 times) accidentally shot before I got to my basement shooting range, and it dented my wall in. As long as you know what you're doing, 20-23 pumps are great, reaching around 230'.

If you still have the mega missile, I would say max 25 pumps. It won't get that great of range anyway, but I could get about 100 feet before it ripped.

With any other kind of ammo, just pump it until it starts to get difficult. This way, your tank will never blow on you. Gradually pump it more each time, until you're happy, but again, I wouldn't advise more than 25 pumps.

I plugged the opv and I have pumped my titan up to 47 times, no break, its one stong piece of plastic. So I wouldnt worry.
