Now, I've looked around, but I can't find it, so I was wondering if it's possible to plug the overcharge valve. Personally, I can't find it, but I know it's somewhere because after 20-30 pumps I hear a shot hiss with every excess pump. Does anyone know anything about it?

Just because you can't see me doesn't mean I'm not there.

It is a little button at the end of the air bladder. When it gets pumped up so that the button gets pushed in by pushing up on the end of the air bladder casing, it releases air.

You can just cut it out and fill it with epoxy or do something similar to F_a24's MS bladder mod to it.
We should stop calling out/making fun of/pissing GC off. He's actually contributed and is available for trade. He's a better than average member no doubt. Got your back Cole.

Or cover it up in a dome of hot glue if you are too lazy to epoxy.

Hot glue is just great for plugging air pressure guns, it does it's job 99.9% of the time and for the rare chances that plugging a barrel somehow disrupts the trigger mechanism (It interferes slightly with the Hornet side buttons, but not too much) you can always just peel it right off.

What I did with my RF20 was Dremel away the plastic wall that the pin hits. Not the red tubey thing that the bladder is inside but it's a small gray wall right in front of that. I also cut off the end of the red piece but that's probably not necessary. But now I can see how full the bladder is; I'm also afraid to pump it more than thirty times (which proves the mod worked - the pin used to hit the wall at around twenty-four pumps) because without the red thing there if it explodes I'm afraid a chunk will hit me in the face. So yeah...just get rid of the little gray wall thing outside the red case.
