Refer to this article in the future for any Longshot quetsions. There is no need to start a new topic when there is one pinned at the top of the forum.
Modifying A Longshot?
If it isn't listed in there, then it probably hasn't been done successfully or not at all. It could also mean, if it isn't in the topic, that it is not possible at all. If you think you can get one to do just that, then try it out for yourself and post the results here, if any.

1. Buy strips of velcro for clothing.
2. Buy darts.
3. Cut off dart tips.
4. Glue on small cirlcles of store-bought velco.
This dart mod works reletivly well, the only problem is the slight decrease in range. I am trying to make Better darts, and I will tell you when I do. Good luck.

I've taken a couple LSs apart, and I've tried to fire DT darts a couple times, all of the attempts failed. The reason being: the tips of the darts clog the chamber because they're bigger than the chamber. I have made some darts where they have velco tips. It's easy. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Buy strips of velcro for clothing.
2. Buy darts.
3. Cut off dart tips.
4. Glue on small cirlcles of store-bought velco.

Yeah I gotta agree with Spec's idea, it's probably the quickest and simplest way, (Except I'd just glue the velcro hooks to stefans, cutting up stock darts triggers my stingy-sense). Only other way I can think of besides making your own stefans are to find a material that doesn't cause much friction inside of whatever barrels you're using, and cover it around the side of the tips of the darts (Imagine a Jumbo straw wrapped around the sides of the head of the velcro darts; if only jumbo straws were that wide).
