Alright. So since I am leaving the U.S. in a few days for the whole summer, I thought I would contribute at least one thing to the Haven before I left. Anyway, here ya go:

Here is what ye shall be constructing:
Posted Image

Supplies needed:
Dremel
Hacksaw (or PVC pipe cutters)
E-Tape
1/2" CPVC pipe
3/4" PVC pipe
1 3/4" PVC coupler
Big Bad Bow
1/2"FBR
Hotglue and gun.

Ok, so step number one: You have to dremel out one side of the 3/4" PVC coupler until two pieces of CPVC can fit inside of it. DO NOT DREMEL OUT THE OTHER SIDE!!!!!!
Posted Image
Posted Image

Oops! I forgot to say, you have to cut two barrels out of CPVC, mine were about 3.5" long. Then, hotglue the two barrels together, and make sure they are about the same length.
Posted Image

Take your newly glued barrels and get them into the coupler (use a hammer if you need to), and take out some of that FBR, and cut out two pieces bout an inch long.
Posted Image

Take these pieces of FBR and stuff them in the holes next to the barrels.

End of part 1

Part 2

Now pull out the trusty ol' hotglue gun and warm her up. MAKE SURE THE BARRELS ARE STRAIGHT!!! It is a pain when they aren't. When the hotglue is heated, cover, and I mean COVER the FBR, and the holes around it, pretty much anywhere air could escape with hotglue. Make sure there are very little or no airholes. (I used about 1.5 hotglue sticks on this step)
Posted Image
Posted Image

Wait for the glue to dry.
Ok, now, to to make it even more airtight, bust out your e-tape. cover the base of the coupler, and all of the barrels.
Posted Image

To make the barrel fit on the BBB's original barrel, you have to cut a small length of 3/4" PVC pipe and stick it in the non-dremeled out side of the coupler. To make a tighter fit, add a few layers of e-tape on the original barrel:
Posted Image

Now the 3/4" PVC should have a nice fit, and shouldn't fall off very easily. So now all you have to do is put the barrel on! Here is the finished product.
Posted Image

Posted Image

TA-DA! Now you should have a fully operational BBB with removable "shotgun" barrel

Ranges:
A bit of tail-wind. Ranges were averaged between a few shots. I fired the darts at about a 10 degree angle.
I only used the shotgun barrel while testing ranges.
Stock Darts:
53'

My Crappy Stefans:
~60'

NOTE: I hack-sawed off the tip of my BBB's original barrel, and I cleaned out all air restricting material.

Questions, comments, fears, frustrations?

It's cool how you made it shoot two darts at once. Very Nice.

Yeah, I'm in the same case as Substance Abuse...
Brass, ask your mother.

She said your dad owes her three dollars.

Dart spread at 40'? I'd put the barrels in sideways so the darts spread out a bit to the sides and give you a better chance of hitting someone. Even if they spread now they're still one on top of the other so you'll hit your target once in the face and once in the balls.

Nice, but what if you took a plastic splitter, like a Y valve I think it's called, and integrate a at2k pump with vinyl tubing, epoxyed on, and the plunger integrated into the first hand grip or something?

:( That made me laugh. I usually have barrels sideways, but they just turned out vertical in the picture.

Nice, I also would like to know the dart spread at 40'.
I think you should keep the barrels fairly straight, otherwise the spread might be too much and you wouldn't be able to aim well at all.

What's the orange piece on the side of your 3B?

Looks like a shell for an ammo holder.

I put this in the Modification Directory under:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
>>>>>> Miscellaneous/Not Relevant to Specific Gun Mods
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Only because this can be done to pretty much any gun.

Thanks for contributing.

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

EDIT: I tested for spread. At 40', the spread is around 2 feet.

Qui'lan fett: Yes, those are replacement shells for the Double Shot. I just taped them on as ammo holders.

Forsaken_Angel: You're very welcome.

Can I get a link to that? Been searching for a good twenty minutes without any luck. I sawed off the front handle already but it looks like crap. So I have to do something about it.

Try reading it, and I mean a T valve, (connects both vinyl tubes to at2k plunger), not a Y valve

Try reading it

I can assure you, that I did read it, and also that the T/Y-Splitter mix-up, was not the problem.

The problem was your lack of explanation. Somebody, who hadn't read that other topic prior to this (like me) would have no idea, what in the HELL you were saying. You might have tried merely mentioning, or referring to that other topic. But, no you didn't. and thats why I said -

What the Fuck?
