2. What darts work best in what barrel?
3. What size is the red typ of fbr?

I'm willing to bet that if one is 1/2" and one is 5/8", they say their diameter on the package.
1. Many companies make 1/2" foam in different colors. Usually you have to order A LOT to get colors other than gray/black.
2. I'm going to say that it depends on the brand and just how dense/thick it is. Of course, 1/2" FBR fits best in certian barrel diameters like OMC's PETG, in general, but there are others(brass, cpvc) that might get you greater accuracy and/or range.
3. Forsaken's red FBR is 1/2".

1/2" SCH80 pipe is what you need
1/2" pipe has an outer diameter of 0.84 inches. The Schedule (SCH) number is what indicates the wall thickness, and there fore the inner diameter. 1/2" SCH80 pipe will have an inner diameter between .526" and .536" which will fit most 1/2" foam backer rod.

Can you use 1/2 inch schedual 40 for everything?
What do I need the schedual 80 for? (Barrel matirial)
Do you need to nest everything or just spring guns.
thanks

It seems like Frost King has 3 different factories or something all producing 1/2" FBR, so they aren't going to be the same size.
Edit: CPVC is piping much like PVC but it has a smaller diameter, so it has a better fit on darts. Though the fit is probably going to be very tight. Your darts might not even fit into it.
Sch. 40 PVC will not fit 1/2" fbr. It fits the tips of stock darts and 5/8" mega Stefans.
Sch. 80 PVC has a smaller inner diameter than Sch. 40 PVC, bit a larger inner diameter than CPVC. It usually has a much looser fit on Stefans.
You really don't have to nest anything, it's all about what fits your darts best. Nesting is just preferred in spring guns.

I use schedual 40 1/2 inch with my darts, is that bad?
It depends on the darts. I use the same thing for my guns and it shoots stock micros great.

So using schedual 40 is the same as like brass and stuff?

1/2" Sch 80 PVC has an I/D of a little over 1/2". It loosely fits micro stefans (made with 1/2" FBR), assuming you're using Forsaken_Angel's FBR.
1/2" CPVC has an I/D of just over 1/2". It tightly fits micro stefans.
Brass is usually used in the 17/32" and 9/16" sizes. The former is fairly tight, while the latter is fairly loose.
Copper is much the same, but it has fewer sizes. (I've never used it)
Therefore, Sch 40 PVC will not work very well with micro stefans, while Sch 80 will. It would not be the same as using brass, assuming you are using 17/32" or 9/16" (which is what people will usually mean when they say brass.)
Edit: CPVC is a form of PVC. It is tan instead of white, and is smaller. The only size I have ever seen used for nerf (or seen period) is 1/2".

For maximum efficiency?
1. Pump up. Count how many pumps.
2. Keep going until you hear a loud "bang".
3. Subtract one pump from the total. Rebuild your air bladder.
There you go.

I' ve been useing schedual 40 with 1/2 darts should I change the darts?
It truely is all in the darts, If they fly good great, if they dont switch. My micro stephans dont fit in schedule 40 pvc. I typically use cpvc and I use it on most guns so I can use couplers and do things like This

No. Zoob. The Barrel stuff you bought is CPVC isn't it? Or at least, that's the stuff you gave me.
